Best Bow Window Replacement in Phoenix AZ

We had our Desert King Window installed in 2005 and recently needed warranty work completed. Jonathan worked with us to honor the warranty and get the work done. Fantastic experience! Great quality for a great price! Everyone from Robert to Kevin and Enoc were wonderful! 7 windows (2 very large) took 10 weeks. They communicated with me the entire time. It took 10 hours to install (with an hour lunch break). Even in the awful heat these guys were great! It updated my house appearance by 30 years. Loved the experience! Very thankful. Would definitely recommend!

From the initial estimate, to the installation everything went flawlessly. The door quality was better than we expected and the installation was seamless! Our installer we. Above and beyond, answering questions and making sure the latches and electronic locks were all working. He even took the time to do a quick fix on our front door to get the electric lock working. Great company and great people doing the work! We will definitely be using them for any future needs we have!

Great people, great product at a fair price

We had our shower redone with Dreamstyle at the end of 2021. Besides installing the new shower, also included in the job was: tearing out a closet, moving the wall out, re-running electrical, and installation of a new door. The bathroom is spectacular now! We absolutely love the job that Josiah Reeves and Brett Lusk performed.We ended up having Dreamstyle return to remodel another bathroom for us this January. We asked for the same workmen, Josiah and Brett, because we knew they would make it look spectacular. We are so happy to have two beautiful bathrooms, and they are covered by a Lifetime Warranty!!!Our neighbors went with another company that also offers a lifetime warranty, and we were going to compare the jobs once completed. Since our neighbors ran into multiple issues during the install, and had to have that company out multiple times to fix issues after it was supposedly complete, there really is no comparison. If you want a beautiful bathroom that will last for years, and you want the job done right, you really need to give Dreamstyle a call... and ask for Josiah and Brett.

I ordered the sliding glass door on Feb 2nd. Was told 12-16 weeks, which was fine. Finally got a call for install at 18 weeks in mid June. They came and during installation, discovered that the glass doors delivered didn’t fit the frame, and they would have to “rush” a replacement order. They left several open gaps to the outside where 110+ degree Arizona heat could get inside. I had to call them 3 times to get an ETA for the replacement door panels that they mis-ordered, and am finally given an estimate of Aug 1. Then it moves to Aug 15. Installation finally scheduled, with a timing window of 12-2PM. At 2, I call and am told the driver is 40 minutes away. After 1.5 hours, I call back, and the driver tells me he thought I was in Mesa, and he’s now over an hour away. It has been one mistake after another with over 6 months time passing from order to final install, very poor communication, and no conveyed concern or sense of urgency or empathy to resolve my issue. I never write these, but simply could not let this one go without addressing. Do not use Window World of Phoenix.

The crew of Josh A., AL, and Bishop arrived on time, protected the furniture with plastic and worked until the job was done. Josh was particularly helpful with helpful hints and recommendations. The windows work well and we are happy with the result.

Installers were very nice and personable and very proficient. Great customer service from 1st call to company thru installation.

I would not recommend Universal Windows Direct. There are other more reliable companies out there. We purchased 1 sliding patio door & regret purchasing from this company. Regret dealing with Cody at the Phoenix location. Filed a claim with their Las Vegas location & got nothing but a run around with them. Find another company who has a sales person who has experience.

I should have gone with Anderson Windows & Doors, they do their own manufacturing. Universal uses another company to manufacture their product so you now have to deal with someone elso.

Had a pretty good overhaul for my recent purchased home. Windows and window treatments came out great. It's definitely helping keep out the hot temperatures.

Terrible experience and horrible quality with literally ZERO response to our emails and calls.

We ordered and paid the price of a new car for two gray sliders. The crew even had grey caulk/sealant and trim to match the grey doors they were supposed to install.

The doors are 100% brown and look terrible. You can see the brown door vs grey sealant and grey “trim” in the pictures, against the two shades of grey in our house DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will extract money and literally never call you back.

They are perfect for greater Phoenix weather at a killer price, I would highly recommend them with confidence. Five stars does not justify their quality.
