What a great company!!!! Very professional workers the place where they replaced windows was cleaner than before they started. Windows look great and no more air coming into the house. Highly recommend this company.

My wife and I were referred to AZ Valley, as we are remodeling our 22 year old home. Jerry P. came out and gave us the estimate for a new entry door and windows. He was very thorough and a professional. The install crew was right on time on install day - and they too were very thorough and careful and extremely particular with the installation. The door is beautiful and works great, we could not be happier with the whole experience. We spent quite a bit more for the door we picked, but decided not to skimp and so far it’s worth every dollar. We are quite eager to get the windows next.

I had a large order for Marvin Infinity windows from Adam and Greg. They were very professional, honest and transparent in their approach. The windows arrived when they said they would and the installation crew were very professional. Even after the installation, they were very responsive to address any post-installation issues. Very much enjoyed working with them and would highly recommend them.

Our install of Alside windows by LEI Home Enhancements was just finished. This has been an awesome experience from the beginning. Our sales rep Dustin did a great presentation and showed us all of the qualities that the Alside windows included, he took his time and answered all of our questions. Dustin was able to get us an affordable payment option that worked with our budget. We got all our homes windows replaced and our sliding glass door. The LEI office kept us informed about when our windows would be ready and scheduled the install team. The install team was amazing; they did not rush through the installation. They were careful with our furniture and patient with us. When they were done for the day plans were made for someone to come back on the weekend and finish the touch up paint. The team foreman Alex sat down with us before they left and asked if we saw any issues or needed anything further from him. Our sales rep Dustin came back out a few days after the install to see the great work and take some pictures. Our home is cooler and all of the issues we had with our old windows have been eliminated. Huge thank you to Dustin, Alex, his team, and all of the office personnel that took care of us and made this experience painless.

I had someone call ME to ask me how my service was and I told them everything looks great but I tried opening the screen door to my new window and I have to shake it up and down to open. She goes on to respond with, I can have someone call you back in 5 days to schedule a follow up appt. What!? You call me and ask if everything is fine and I say no and then you go on to tell me someone will call me in 5 days to schedule a follow up?! Put me on the books right now.

Update: Management reached out (Veronica) and said they won't contact me for 5 more days to put me on their calendar because that's just how they do it. When I said that was ridiculous and no other business does that she goes on to tell me she doesn't look into what her competitors do..Maybe you should Veronica and you'll get better reviews.

They replaced two large windows and two sliding patio doors. The installation crew did very professional job. Very meticulous on the detail. The crew was very personable and outgoing. Demo went well with no damage to stucco or drywalls. They spent a lot of time insulatiing an caulking inside and out. The trim turned our realy nice. We look forward to replacing our remaining windows next year. Our buying experience was very favorable. We received the productvand service tgat our sales person promised.

Ken awesome quote on sliding patio door replacement. Jimmy best install guy there is, kind and hard working. John awesome service guy who helped me also throughout the process. From start to finish, admire this company. Kindness and patience. Professional. Pandemic caused screen door delay 2 mths no biggie. We kept in touch, Door is perfect!!!

I sat down for a quote with Universal windows. They was going to get the approval from my HOA. Lied and said they did it. Went to the HOA. Never happened. Took my deposit without approval. Will not bother to talk with me. I told them I will be in January so I want the deposit returned and no one called back. This company is a scam not returning calls takes money without approval. Don’t let this company do this to you. Next call better business bureau.

They have a minimum to buy. This is not a company that you should deal with.

We contacted Renewal by Anderson in October of 2021. We met with a representative and were very impressed by his presentation. We ended up purchasing 2 basic sliding glass doors that were estimated to be put in by late December early January. We got a call in November saying the door were done, and the instillation team should be calling us to schedule the install. After almost 3 months, no one contacted us so my wife reached out to them. We then received a text message saying our doors were not made, but to reach out to the install team. We are now estimated to get our doors in April. I've tried contacted Bob, and several managers and have gotten no response. I would never recommend this company. They only care about the sale and after that you are set aside. Their customer service is the worse I've ever dealt with.

This company is awful and do not provide quality customer service.
