I called and spoke with Jen, who took my car information. She was extremely helpful, personable, knowledgeable and friendly. She promised to call back within 30 minutes with a quote, and she actually called me within 10 minutes. Jen took the time to text me the address and additional instructions, since I was making the trip down instead of using the mobile service.When I husband and I arrived, we were greeted by Jen's daughter, and the gentleman who worked on our car (sorry, I'm terrible with names). While our car was being serviced, we had a wonderful conversation with Jen's daughter, and it took a whole 20 minutes to fix the window! Well worth the trip, the money (which was much less than we paid before), and the wait time!We know you have a Mercedes mechanic, and we plan to use him in the future. Thanks again!
