This company was amazing to work with, from Ennis who came and gave us a quote to the last pair of men who finished the project! They were all very professional and polite and paid attention to detail. You could tell they were perfectionists. The 2 day job was done on time. Their price for a 5' X 8' window was the best in the Valley!

My window works! The cable and spool it wraps around were messed up on my 2014 Hyundai veloster so I dropped off the broken parts for my car window on Friday and they said it would be done Monday at the latest. I received a call saturday letting me know it was ready for pickup. Lifetime warranty on all jobs which is nice. Its not located in the nicest part of town, but it was okay for pickup/dropoff.

Windshield replaced for my 2022 Honda CRV from a rock hitting it on the highway. I called my insurance on Wednesday and was able to get an appt with Universal Glass to come 2 days later. They gave me a time window and were here within 2 hours. They came to my house and replaced it in my driveway in 45 minutes. The serviceman was super nice guy.

Next day another guy came and calibrated the windshield camera.

Great place, would highly recommend!

When I woke up to see one of my side windows broken on my car, I didn’t know what to do. My neighbor told me about Phoenix Mobile Car Glass. They were able to come to my house later on the same day that I called and took care of the problem. Thank you so much.

The representative I spoke to on the phone was pushy and trying to force me into accepting their service, so much so I finally had to hang up because he wasn't accepting the fact I just wanted a quote emailed to me. This was on Sunday, today is Wednesday and I got an email of the quote at 2:13am this morning telling me to reply accepting their quote so they could render service.

Great price, fast service. Only 30min wait time. I definitely would recommend. The only complaint I would have is that they charge an extra $5 to use a debit/credit card. I mean come on now, its 2019. But all in all, I'm happy with the results and would use them again.

Bad experience reflective of bad business. I contacted you guys to voice my concerns and experienced bad customer service reflective of bad business. You guys hired hard selling hustlers to lie for a sale. You made promise you didn't deliver. You couldn't deliver on time. You kept the customer cash incentives offering me nothing. You made a bad mess on my paint, plastic and all over the driver seat of my car with black silicone. You kept my fast pass sticker for the carwash. And to top it off after offering you the opportunity to explain, you wanted to refer me to warranty to schedule a time for me to wait around again to clean up the mess. This was supposed to be a chip repair after all not a windshield replacement! Why would I want to wait for someone to come look at the mess I sent pictures of? Were you sending a mobile Auto detailer to steam clean the silicone off my seat? Shaking my head at you guys. This shouldn't have done this bad and your solutions to the problem should have been better. You obviously don't care about anything but getting tht insurance money and moving on. I am left in the dust!! DONT BE LEFT IN THE DUST, DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! and that is the review I promised you. Have a great day.

Extremely fast and affordable. I've fixed the regulator and motor in the same vehicle before and it was a pain. This time around I had 2 windows to fix so I was willing to spend a little more to just have someone else do it. Jason managed to get one window working without having to replace anything so I was only charged for one of the windows. He could have easily replaced parts for both and charged me for both and I would have been none the wiser. Very honest people. I wish there were a way to tip for excellent service but since there isn't I hope this flattering review helps a little. Jason (and his trainee) deserve raises! Thanks again, 5/5 I will use this service in the future and recommend anyone else do as well.
