The entire experience I had was AWESOME from beginning to end. I called in and scheduled the appointment on MY TIME, they came to MY WORK, I didn't have to wait outside in the heat, they called saying 'I'll be there in 15 minutes' and they showed up on time. Very professional, and I would use them again if I ever had issues with another car window. Definitely recommend, and would give 6 stars if I could!

I had Universal Glass replace the windshield for my Sequoia. I couldn't believe how accommodating they were with my schedule. When I said I only had an hour window on a specific day of the week, they said they could have a technician there and make the replacement within that time frame. Their billing went through the insurance company and it was replaced without any headaches. It was a flawless experience and I highly recommend Universal Glass!

Her Husband and her came from their home (on a sunday) just to open the shop to repair my windshield! If that's not dedication and I don't know what is! Awesome would highly recommend them!
