Even tho I had to wait for a special order window for my modular home. They came an fixed it an was safe about doing their job.

They didn't measure the glass correctly so after waiting several weeks we had to have it re ordered.... wait there is more them they installed in on the wrong side of a bench that was for the inside of the shower and they blocked it off and taped through finished tiles on the bench and the shower walls that had to redone 3rd try they installed it but didn't bother to recess the door mounts and didn't silicone the seams and left a 3/4 inch gap between door and wall. Terrible workmanship and incompetent. Then they charge me without even checking if the job was done right.

You know, you don’t think anything about getting a small crack on your mobile glass here in Phoenix. I know I didn’t. Then we had that first winter rain, and the crack started growing. It finally got to the point I had to get the entire glass replaced. I called this shop and took care of the glass issue.

I was first helped by John. He was very informative. Very patient with my decision making and absolutely the best at being communicative.
Wary of the OEE glass, he reassured me that it was good quality and that their manufacturer makes glass for Toyotas.
And the price was SIGNIFICANTLY different from the OEM glass that was preferred.
My truck is an older truck so I figured it wouldnt hurt to try the OEE.

First off, the installation was hilariously amazing.
Miguel and Salvador were so proper and professional. They showed at my workplace within the time frame that I requested. They were polite and explained to me what they were going to do and the precautions to take after they install the glass.

The moment they were beginning to install my works sprinklers went off. We all laughed and they patiently waited it out.

After all is said and done, its been a week after the installation and my glass is gorgeous. Super clear, naturally, but also with some OEE glass, the quality is so poor that you can see waves in certain angles. THIS IS NOT THE CASE with this company. They ensured great customer service, installation AND quality product and a more than reasonable cost.

I am not impressed with much, especially in todays society with mannerisms and lack of personability with most businesses. Top Line Auto Glass has done more than an outstanding job.

Hello, Had the windshield on my v70R replace by Noa S. on Saturday jan 7. He was very informative and on time to my house and answered all of my questions regarding the window trim clips, auto wiper features operation after the replace and drying time.
