Found LEI at the Home and Garden show. We ended up setting an appointment to come to our home for an estimate on a new steel French Door for our upstairs balcony before the Stay at Home started. Everyone we spoke to in their business was extremely friendly. Dustin brought great examples of their products and was super knowledgeable about what would work best for us we were able to make a decision that same day. The new door was completed ahead of schedule and their installer did a great job, cleaned up after he was finished and it looks great! Dustin came out to check on the project the day of the install. I love our new door and this company. I would use them again and would recommend them if you need windows, doors or roofing. Thanks for the great job!

Brad (sales) was super nice and patient, very knowledgeable and helpful in our decision to choose Anderson windows. Tyler (pre-install inspection) was a pleasure to work with, called ahead of arrival and was very on time. Few months out for installation as to be expected in these times but very excited to see the results.

We experienced great service from Universal Auto Glass. Logan helped us out and she was fantastic. Although we haven't seen the completed work yet, we have nothing but the highest expectations for Universal Auto Glass. We will post an updated review after the work is completed. We completely recommend this business to anyone needing to process an insurance claim! They will work with you every single day that the claim is being processed and give you updates. Had an appointment for a quote but they no showed. I reached out and they offered a discount to reschedule so we did. The next weeks, we had Stephanie come out for a quote. She did her whole pitch, but the price was much too high so when we declined the offer, she got very upset. Began name calling and stormed out of the house saying she will never return. Yelled bye from the porch with an attitude for no reason.

I needed two pieces of glass (table top and shelf). We were greeted promptly and politely at the front desk. The service was fast and timely. THEN, due to my mistake, the shelf didn't quite fit. I took it back and asked if it was possible to 'shave' 1/4 off....thinking that they'd laugh at me. Instead, they took it to the shop and 15 minutes later, I was off with my shelf. No charge for the correction....and they didn't laugh at me, either.

They are ok for replacement windows. Some of the windows were poorly installed. Update they came and fixed the windows. Still, one leaks so bad its starting to ruin the wood ledge. Contact Frances on july 15th sent her a e mail of the damage never contacted me back. I called her back 10 days later said she call back at mid day and never heard from her. save your money and go somewhere else. Funny thing is when they came to fix the window the first time they blamed the bad install on a guy who doesn't work for the company anymore. So from 3 star to 1 star. Another update had a guy come in and say all the windows were not squared in and have to be taken out and readjusted, and the windows were not even attached to the house. After 2 years, the window still leaks. When my wife noticed the leak, the caulk was mixed in with the water. Our 4-month-old puppy began to drink the water.

Great work and friendly customer service

Two years ago IllumiNation replaced 4 windows in our previous house. Today I opened the email with the invoice to find out the price and contacts. I called and asked about replacing 4 windows at my new house but the lady on the phone told me that they take an order of a minimum of 10 windows. I asked when it's changed because this company replaced my 4 windows in 2020 and I have all the documents to confirm it. She told me it's always been like that! That was really unprofessional and even rude.

Excellent customer service!! Tech took care of two problems quickly and professionally. Window and door lock now work.Have used Phoenix Window Repair a second time, and they got my window working !!!
