I was in a corner the other day and bam! Something smacked my window glass out of the blue. Still not sure what it was but left a huge crack. I have used their service for windshield chip repair once before so I figured I would just give them another shot. They didn’t disappoint me! They replaced my car's window glass the next day. Made appointment- Clayton the tech came on time very nice and helpful, told us to get the pillars for the sides and retainer its better when fixing older car (2012 mini cooper S convertible). Everything went great till I called the office to reschedule the appointment ( wait on the pillars) got to talk to Heather- she has no clue how to handle customers she lies and had the nurves to call back the following week and asked for my husband who she never dealt with acted like we didn't speak before and she told me the owner doesn't feel comfortable doing bs with us ??

We had an incredible experience from start to finish with Illumination Window and Door. The sales person came out and was very knowledgeable and helped us with design and ideas. We then met him at the showroom to see the different products and make a final decision.
The owner Anthony came out to measure and look at what type of support beam would need to be added. We felt confident in the entire team.

The installers showed up at the scheduled time and were very professions and nice. They put dust barriers up to protect the house then went to work. They had estimated 5 days but completed in 3 days. They matched the pop outs and moved our electrical around so that it looks like it was always part of the house. The sliding glass doors open up our kitchen and family room to our outside living area, pool and waterfall. It makes our house seem much bigger and we love the new look and feel. We went with the La Cantina doors and from a product standpoint they are awesome.

I called first thing in the morning and was scheduled for that afternoon. James called me and let me know he was running a little behind, but that he would get me done that day. Very few companies have people that bother to let you know what their status is. He arrived and was able to diagnose the problem very quickly after careful disassembly of my door panel. I greatly appreciate the attention to detail. He showed me what I needed to do to fix the problem on my own (saving me money). Randy and James are great guys to work with, and I will not hesitate to use them again for any power window issues that I have!!!

Everything they said would happen, did. From them calling me the day before with a time frame to the morning of when en route. They showed up, walked me through what to expect and 2 hours later, they were done. The guy was professional, nice and maintained 6 ft (I also wore a mask).My insurance company uses them and I would refer them to do anyone's window.

Yes! Absolutely call this company for windshield replacement! My car was 'pummeled' by rocks spilling out from a gravel track on the 60E early in the morning a couple weeks ago. I thought these are supposed to be covered up? Not only was my windshield damaged, but so was every other car traveling behind this gravel truck. After I inspected the damage my windshield looked like millions of stars from all the pitting, plus I had 18 chips and a large crack. The damage on the front of my car is another story. I needed a new windshield and called SafePro. I spoke with a friendly and professional gentleman who helped me set up my appointment and gave me a GREAT quote (I searched other companies and SafePro had the best price). Jorge and Jose showed up on time and were very courteous and explained everything before they got started. They walked around with me noting any prior damage (knicks or scratches) which gave me confidence that they were going to be very careful during the installation, I like that. While out of town, a window broke at my tenants' rental, Roberto showed up and fixed the damage on his word. I paid him a day later as agreed, but the point being you rarely get a contractor to lift a finger without immediate payment. Much respect for R&J Glass, honest people are hard to find.

Let me say I didn’t use this service. I called because we had purchased some windows ourselves and needed some help with instillation. Instead of just politely telling me they don’t provide that service the girl answering the phone was extremely rude! I will be replacing all my windows next year and will be sure NOT to use this company.
