Jake took advantage of my senior citizen mother in law. We spent a fortune on doors which Queen Creek will not approve with our swimming pool. Jake should have researched or asked us to research the code. I highly recommend you look elsewhere

We are a new company in the Phoenix area. Talked to Bryan and he was very knowledgeable. Responded extremely quickly on a wind shield replacement. Worked out a day and time. Clayton arrived on time, quick chat with him and he did his job. Prior to install, he made sure he covered all his bases prior to removal and install. Knowledgeable, done in a timely manner, professional and understood our timeline to get the truck back in the field so there would be no time lost for our field crews. I called for a quote today, Roman was highly unprofessional! I entered the year, make, and model of my vehicle online, and then verbally told him. F-150 Harley Davidson, I told him 3 times and then he comes back and says No, theres only F-250. Ford Harley Davidson F-150, ARE YOU SURE? This is my truck, dude!!! Of course I'm sure! Not only was this unprofessional, but I found it extremely rude as well.

I can't say enough great things about our experience with R&J Glass. We had three different companies come out to quote replacing all of our old, single pane windows with double pane. R&J Glass was not only the most cost effective, but the most responsive and timely. They were available to come by the house, and provided a quote a few days later. Throughout the entire process, we were always alerted of the timing for each step. When our windows arrived, we were alerted, and all 11 windows were installed in one day.
