Recently bought a house with a porch post that was heavily damaged due to termites and water over the years, which caused my roof to lean.

Called Handyman Connection and Patrick came out and was very friendly and no nonsense, and got me an estimate by the end of the day. He fixed it the following week and did an amazing job! Thanks Patrick!

Brandon was over and changed out an old bathroom exhaust fan. He was very professional and friendly. He was running ahead of schedule so called to see if he could stop by early. He cleaned up everything and made the whole process super easy.

There wasn't anything I had for him that he couldn't do and do well. The bang for your buck with him his the best I've experienced in 15 years of using handymen in the Phoenix area. My prior handyman recently retired and Derek was happy to match his rates and pick up where he left off.

Joe answered all my questions prior to setting up our job, arrived on time, did the work in a clean and professional manner, and communicated every step of the way. In fact, he needed to return the next day to paint an exterior surface that he repaired and needed to dry, and he showed up on-time and I did not even need to remind him. Really grateful for the Reverse Osmosis System Tory installed in my condo today. For years accessing water has been such a hassle— from carrying water up flights of stairs, to the cost of water delivery and replacing disposable water filters every month. In today’s society where communication is very important I can honestly say he stayed in touch with me from the beginning of the process and well after he was finish with the work at my place. Oh boy I hoped to forget this incident but here comes a reminder to review from Google when I am looking for a handyman this time...

I got about 1/3 of what I paid for. First job was to install a range hood with 6 inch diameter vent. Company sent one handyman for what was definitely a two person job. He ultimately got the hood up with my help (I happened to have the morning off) but ended up missing the mounting brackets, which had to be completely redone by myself and family, causing a several month delay to find enough time to do the job.
Second job was to install a garage door opener, which he did. However I specifically had the office employee note the existing prewiring and pointed it out to the handyman before starting the job. This time I was not around and returned to wires stapled to the ceiling and walls. The lack of attention to detail on both his and the office employee staff is disappointing. It makes me doubt the experience of the company as a whole if they didn't know what prewiring looks like.
I feel bad for the handyman since he was genuinely trying hard, yet shoddy work is shoddy work.
