Bill's Pest and Termite Control offers free termite inspections. My neighbors have termites, so we were concerned the termites might be at our house too. Customer Service was top notch. They were able to schedule an inspection the next day. They checked out our house and our rental property for free. No termites! No upselling either. Their view is that of you don't have termites there is no need to treat. It just gives you a false sense of security. They do recommend having your house inspected yearly. I was stunned. We had paid for Termite Control over 10 years ago and they had an upfront cost of over $1,000 plus yearly cost of $200 to maintain the warranty. This too was with no termites in the house. Refreshing to have honest and reliable service and evaluations. Highly recommend them!

We have been Citywide monthly customers for years, and the service has been outstanding. They have no problem switching our appointments when we ask for schedule changes. Their bug guy Dave always calls a few minutes ahead to alert us that he is on the way. He is fast and efficient in covering our home and backyard, but has the patience to hear our questions and give helpful answers for dealing with the critters around our desert home. Plus Dave is always friendly and courteous.

I can't speak highly enough about this company. David spoke to me for about a half hour on the phone explaining the rationale behind how my particular issues should be approached. He not only made sure I understood what we were doing, but also looked up my property on the county assessor's website and found information I didn't even know was available. Some of it wasn't in his financial interest to provide, but he made sure that my outcome was as positive as possible, whether it benefitted his bottom line or not. EcoForce was so professional and friendly he did a thorough inspection we actually had the competition out here yesterday and they did not do half the things that Brad did today he didn't just go and look at the mattress and Visually see things he went and tore backs the bedding and actually found things that he was looking for compared to the other company he then proceeded into my daughter's room where we found the little hitchhikers out he pulled back the carpet all the way and when I mean all the way he tore it back all the way he didn't find any bedbugs at all but as a precautionary we went ahead and did a spray just in case there was something still around that maybe we could have missed I have medical problems I did lay down bed bug powder and kind of made a mess in the room what did Brad was so nice enough that he grabbed my vacuum cleaner for me and vacuumed it up. before he left he did a thorough inspection in my other daughter's room, thank God nothing more. I I'm so glad that I called and not have another company come out and I have a good feeling knowing that if we happen to see anything else that there's a warranty and that warranty will be covered. I spoke with Barry to have my pigeon netting etc removed from my roof that was installed by a company that is no longer in business. He promptly sent two workers out and they removed everything quickly . I can now have my roof replaced. Barry and his staff were very knowledgeable and professional. I will be looking to have the Pigeon Specialist install new netting etc when my new roof is completed.

I could not be happier with this company! My home was infested with scorpions. I tried 3 companies who all claimed they could get rid of the problem. They sprayed, they used a black light and picked the scorpions off the wall and even put dust into my wall sockets. Needless to say, I still had scorpions climbing my walls. Yes, the number of scorpions decreased a bit but with my children, 1 scorpion a week is still too many. Out of frustration and desperation, a friend told me to call Azex. Some of the best advice he has ever given me. Azex used heat to kill the scorpions living in between my walls. They then used a camera to see where the heat was escaping my home and sealed these areas up. They sprayed the entire property and have been spraying monthly. It's been 3 months and we have yet to find a scorpion. Fingers crossed but I believe Azex has done their job. We went from 2 to 3 scorpions a week to 1 a week and now to zero in 3 months. My family loves Azex and I will recommend them to everyone I know.

I used this company since I needed an inspection due to refinancing my home. The only complaint that I have is this - the report that I received which was 1 page turned out to be not sufficient enough and now it is holding up my loan process. I explained I needed the inspection for refinancing so the gentleman should have known the correct report to send so I could forward. I had to call another company to come out and expedite the correct report since the current company could not do it for two more weeks.
