Love them. Prompt courteous service. We've used them for bed bugs, termites, and monthly service.

Went through them for our apt because we found bedbugs. Man came in with 1 dog during inspection said they found nithing but a beetle shell. That night i found 4 on the matress and left them in a tube. After arguing for several days to get them to come spray they jeot us waiting saying we werent inspection ready although we followed the list to the t. Dont recommend using this company. Look for a smaller known company that wont dick you around and charge 250 for an inspection that was improper. Terrible company

All of the sudden my house went from 2 cockroaches a year to at least 2 a day. I couldn’t take it anymore. A friend recommended western exterminator. They came out right away and on time. With in days the roaches disappeared, I am so grateful! Also, I don’t have to remember to arrange maintenance appointments, they call me, and show up on time. I really recommend using them.

Contractors Pest Control is the best pest control company we’ve found. TJ, our technician, is thorough and communicates with us to let us know when he will be at the house and to see what we need treated. We back a wash and live in an area that is prone to termites and scorpions, but we haven’t had a single issue once we started using Contractors. They come monthly too, which is great, because we started having issues when our other pest control company cut back their frequency. So many of them now will only come out once every 3 or 4 months for service but still charge as much as they would if they were coming out monthly.

Custom Pest Services is awesome! They are super friendly, informative and hard working. We also have a dog and they don’t mind him being around which is really nice. Glad we found them to do our pest services. Highly recommend!

Called this company for an inspection after having rat exclusion services performed by our regular exterminator, they came same day, and Hunter did an amazing job. He was knowledgeable, professional and very honest. While we aren’t using them for further extermination services, we will call them in the future should we need to!

Kenneth Workman was a nice, helpful, and friendly man, especially when exterminating the house on such short notice. He's a great guy and we loved talking with him. We have had a few Pest Control companies over the past several years. Once we met Gary at Bug Guardian we refuse to use anybody else. He is very consistent, knowledgeable, friendly, great with communication and trustworthy. In the 6-7 years we have been loyal to Gary, we have had him come back once, maybe twice ever, due to spotting a scorpion. I love that Bug Guardian always has the same tech service my home, so I don't have to worry about a new face every time. I have a child that used to follow him around and ask questions. Not only is Gary great with this company and customer service, he is excellent at entertaining my child too. He was never irritated by our children or chatty days. I highly recommend Bug Guardian. Hands down best customer service there is.

Paul's Pest & Termite control . Did not know who was pay wait and collect double for the inspection for termites then I ask if the could email invoice once seller paid for Termite treatment and they could not even get that right . Then want they want argue with me poor customer services. Good luck future clients.

Had an appointment for an inspection and they never showed up. I paid for a yearly contract and will not use this company again.
