This was our first time using Urban Desert Pest Control. From the first phone call they were so kind and friendly and I love that they are family owned. When Jose and his co-worker arrived they were on time and so professional. They explained exactly what they would be doing and then after the work was complete they knocked on the door to let me know what they did and what to expect from there. I would highly recommend them!

When we moved into our house near Laveen we had ants and black widows everywhere!My son skin is very sensitive do to severe eczema and we struggeled with what to do to get the pests away and this is a godsend not one ant is in or around our house and it's safe for my dog,cat,and son they work with me and around our crazy schedule which is very nice of them as I am always about lately.P.s. super affordable.

Alex is amazing and I am so lucky that I chose this company for my service. I called 2 other companies before him due to close proximity- and they were difficult to reach. I called Alex and he immediately contacted me back and set up an appointment to come see the issue that same day! He was very punctual, polite, and respectful in the house. He is also very knowledgeable in his field. I had (so happy to say HAD and not have) a roach problem and Alex diagnosed the issue and was very accurate in his estimate of how many treatments I would need. He is a very honest person because originally we were set for 5 treatments and because of his work i see no roaches after 4 treatments - I wasn’t sure if we needed the 5th and Alex, himself, stated 4 should be fine, gave me a recommendation for a household product, and set up treatment for every so months now for maintenance. He could have just as easily came in for that 5th treatment, I wouldn’t know any better, but he was very honest and has great integrity. His prices are affordable and worth every penny. I appreciate his services so much and would recommend him to anyone including all my family members. If you need an exterminator, Alex is your guy!

Enrique was fantastic. He was punctual and texted us to give us the heads-up he was on his way. He got us set up with a service plan for our new home that was extremely reasonably priced and comprehensive. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Chris was excellent. Explained everything answered the million questions we had about this unexpected horrible bug. Not only did he go above and beyond as far as custiner service is concerned. The fact they warrenty their product longer than anyone speaks volumes to the work done. Needless to say we were horrified, having 3 kids it was easy to take advantage of that fact and they did not. Heat is the best way to go. After the heat treat and spray of the entire house, they came back to spray new mattresses without question. We appreciate how quickly amd effectively it was done. I wouls recommend to anyone who has this problem come up. Its a process but his is the quickest route to go.

When I can’t be home when scheduled and I’m worried about the dogs service person has helped change the time to accommodate my schedule

Way overpriced!! More than twice as much, i guess it depends on your situation for me i was selling a house and this was the estimate given so i went with another pest control to trwat termites.
