Bob at Blue Sky Pest Control was so reassuring and helpful when we weren't getting clear answers from our apartment building about bugs we were finding in our home. Luckily, we called Bob for a second opinion, we emailed him some photos and he promptly steered us in the direction to take care of the problem. I absolutely recommend their company for your pest control needs. When I become a homemaker, I will use Blue Sky because I know they are truly interested in their client's best interest. Thanks Bob!

Tyler approached my door to welcome my family to the neighborhood and offer his services. We did have a misunderstanding as I was unaware that the expectation for the complimentary service was intended to result in a long-term commitment. That aside, Tyler was understanding about the confusion and did not press me further. In regards to the service itself, the team moved swiftly and did seem knowledgeable with their equipment and key areas to be serviced. Given that I am new to the area and hadn't heard of his company prior it wasn't a good time for a long-term agreement. I will consider his services in the future once I become a bit more adjusted to the area as well as determine what type of potential pests this area may bring. Overall, if you are comfortable with a long-term agreement and have a need for such services his prices are more than fair and he appears to take his work seriously.

When I was there, Frank & Patricia have treated me like another family member. They were kind, caring and always willing to help me out when needed. I am very pleased with 520 Termite company. They are thorough, and inspect yearly to make sure the solution is working. The inspector came right on time and was very courteous. Going with this company was a very good choice!

Made an appointment for the afternoon which they said was fine only to call the next day and switch it for the earliest time possible. If you work a normal job don't use this company because they have no consideration of your schedule. The guy Jason only spent maybe 10minutes here. He only did the outside as I couldn't have him come inside and spray because my roommates were sleeping. He only did half the backyard. Then he told me that if it didn't work then to call on Monday and they would set a later time for next week when the person I called on the phone said there was no later avalible times for up to 2 weeks. They said they called everytime and texted for a week but I had to contact them myself because they didn't have the correct information and even after I verified multiple times my contact information, they called me by the wrong name. Overall their agenda is for them and they don't care about your needs or when you are busy or not. Jason said he didn't see not one ant, but that is because he didn't go around to the whole yard, wore sunglasses, and sprayed for maybe 5 minutes and was there a total of 10 minutes. Not happy and not a good way to start my day.

Ryan was amazing , responded to our call immediately , was at the house within hours and accessed the situation very thoroughly, within an hour began the heat treatment, no chemicals , and resolved our situation.

This company is amazing! They are so detail oriented and friendly. They are willing to answer questions and do exactly what you want for your service. They are always on time and they do a great job. I haven’t had any problems with pests since we started with them!

Two days ago (8/21/2012) I paid Paul's Pest to renew my annual termite protection and made an appointment for them to inspect and treat my home. They didn't show up, didn't call, and do not answer their office phone.

Does anyone know if Paul's Pest is still in business?
