Contacted Blue Sky to treat a rat problem on a rental property. Since I don't live at the address, I asked them to schedule with the tenant and I would pay for services. After taking all of my information, they refused to schedule with the tenant. If you are a property management company or rental property owner, save yourself some time and find another pest control company.

We just had a regular service from Insectek. They have been our pest control company since we moved here nearly two years ago. Our technician, Adam, is prompt, courteous, and professional. He takes time to talk with us about our concerns, ask questions of us, and educate us about his process. We feel very fortunate to have a quality service like Insectek, and we are highly confident in the work they do.

The tech Daniel Rivera was professional and polite and did the job well. Looking forward to seeing him around again.

Have used Ambassador Pest control for six years, during which time have not had a pest problem in our home, or even in the yard despite the rear fence being a view fence to open land. They come regularly every month - will do the exterior only if we are not home. Which is the first defense so the interior can go three months. We have a pet and there have been no problems, just be sure the odorless, colorless sprays are dry before your pet resumes wondering the home.

While I did experience an issue with the tech being late (5min, there is a 3 HR window I already waited) he did call about 30min before the end of the window to let me know. This wouldn't have been an issue if I hadn't told them when setting up the appointment that I absolutely could not do anything later. After talking with the office staff we went ahead with the service. I'm glad I did the tech was friendly and efficient. The owner called me herself and apologized for the confusion and has notated my account so this won't happen again.

They are extremely reliable, responsive, and most importantly thorough. Our technician, Jesse, comes every month, always on time and it’s nice to have the same person come every time, as he’s familiar with our issues and our property. They send reminder texts for our appointments, are very fair in their price structure, and we have been very happy with our service for years. Jeff came out to complete a free inspection of my yard and home, and to explain a plan of action for my home’s pest problem. He was patient, professional, and thorough. No charge for the inspection, no pressure to sell the service.

Aldo is professional, personable, efficient, and overall amazing at his job. He presents all of the different options to you, and isn't out to just make a buck. I just recently bought a home and despite an inspection report that did not show any termite evidence, Aldo's inspection showed it was clear they missed some very obvious signs of termite activity. He gave me a couple of different options for approaching the problem to prevent any further issues with termites, and was very thorough in explaining how each of them would work and protect my home. As soon as I made a decision on which route I wanted to take, he was at my house within a week to get the job done! I would recommend Aldo's company 10x over!

My wife and I have been clients of Alliance Pest Management since we moved to Troon North almost 4 years ago. They have always provided excellent service. For the first year or maybe 18 months or so, administratively there were some problems - including scheduling, timeliness of the scheduled appointment - but the extermination service was very effective. And we had a dove nesting problem which needed screens attached to exterior balcony rafters and Alliance did an excellent job. In fact, I've recommended to neighbors Alliance for this very service and they were highly satisfied. Currently, Lisa, who schedules us on a monthly basis, and Richard, who comes to our house each month, are exceptionally responsible and professional. I honestly recommend them.

We had scorpions back almost immediately

About 5 times the price of any other pest control company. I didn't choose them. My old pest guy sold his company to them. Very shady, claimed they had multiple guys at my location for 4 hours and they cleaned the floor drains, look at the camera and that is not what happend.
