Great selection of products from natural oils to the usual chemicals. Very polite and efficient technicians. They move my patio furniture to spray behind it in those places where spiders love to hide.

I paid $160 for two cockroach extermination. The best I got was a few cockroach corpses on the ground that were back shortly thereafter. I live in a one bedroom apartment. They wanted me to continue a NO contract service paying $80 a visit and wanting to completely clean out the kitchen every two weeks. but why would anyone want to continue with a business that clearly cannot deliver on what it claims to do. I get better results buying the cockroach bombs from the grocery store.

Weeds started to grow in my back yard 1 week ago, called Fromms Pest Control and Nick scheduled me in for the next day. Very nice work, sprayed to get rid of the weeds and any possible Pest. Highly recommend this company.

Very professional and personal attention to my concerns regarding pest issues for my home!

We've been using Trojan for years and would never consider using anyone else for our pest control needs. They are always professional, on time and provide amazing service. Where we live we should have a pretty bad scorpion problem but the few times per year I do see them in the house they're always dead. When we bought our house we had a huge pigeon problem as well but these guys took care of it with a single visit by putting up the necessary spikes and such. They are great people, so support a local small business, you will not be disappointed!

I have been using City Wide Pest Control for 5 years now and I love supporting a family-owned company. I am so happy with their service. Joe is amazing!! He is efficient and always goes above and beyond: laying sticky traps in the garage, checking the rat traps, helping remove spiderwebs accumulated on the patio. We had a big bug issue when we first purchased the house and now I see a lot of dead crickets and scorpions on the property so I know what they do works! I've recommended their service to a lot of friends and family!

Had a termite infestation in 2014. They did a professional job. Had a small problem a year later.. .they fixed it no charge, no problem.
Received an invoice recently (Sept.) to renew my warranty for another year that would be due mid-October That reminded me I hadn't had a warranty inspection since 2015. Called to schedule an inspection and was told a 'tech' wasn't available until 4 days after my renewal was due,
and could only be done if my warranty was in force. I thought that was
a pretty shady way to make sure I renewed my warranty.

Update: In fairness to the Company, the owner, (after seeing my review), contacted me in person. He explained I should have been told they would extend my current warranty long enough to do the inspection under my current warranty period. He apologized for for the misunderstanding.

We’ve been customers for many years and have never had a complaint with their service. I would describe our location as semi-rural. Critter Control has dealt with rock squirrels (trapped) and other rodents (bait boxes) , plus identified thumping on the roof (bobcat). I know they deal with gila monsters too. They are reliable, professional and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend.

I used Green Mango for a very long time and was constantly calling them back out to re-treat in between scheduled services. Since I have been with Happy Bees, I have had nothing but a positive experience with results delivered as promised. What a great Company this is! They are pollinator friendly, which I love (so do the butterflies that visit my flowers) and they know there stuff. Stephanie is always willing to share her knowledge and give advice. Nick got us on his schedule quickly, worked around our busy life, and kept us updated on exactly when to expect him. He was professional, knowledgeable, took the time to explain how the product worked, and assured our pets and babies were safe around them. He mentioned areas that he had assessed needed to be treated more heavily, like specific bushes in our back yard, and asked if there were any specific problem areas I had noticed in the house. We will absolutely be using Fromms Pest Control for regular service and will be recommending him to all our friends.
