Inspection was done two days after contacting them. Treatment was done two days after that. Very professional and thorough. Way cheaper than all the others for the same service!

Being a new AZ resident, I'm concerned about unwanted bugs in and around the house. Our technician DAX was amazing! I spoke to him before and after the service. He gave me the full update which I was glad to hear. I have service at my current home in another state that is nothing like Urban Desert. I aslo communicated with them via email to set up and confirm and response time was excellent. They also inform you up front about what they do and the charges. GREAT company, highly recommended and I will continue to use them moving forward.

We have been customers of Arizona Organic Pest control for over a year now. Our tech Colton Alexander is knowledgeable, friendly and thorough with his work. We have a large piece of property that is in the green belt in Mesa which means citrus trees! That means scorpions! For the first time since 2004 we finally found a system that works. And the best part is it is truly ORGANIC! I appreciate the extra mile Colton goes to check everything, sweeping for cobwebs, looking for any issues we may not be aware, on a monthly basis. I have never been able to honestly recommend a pest control company until now. Way to go AZ Organic!

After calling 5 companies to come out and deal with spiders this was the only one that called back promptly. Nicole was very nice, and got our business scheduled right away. John came out and did the inspection at two of our locations and recommended what to do. Adam came out and did the service at out Glendale location. Talk about attention to detail! Adam was amazing! And the amount of spiders he had to deal with was truly scary to most of our staff. :) Since the first service we haven't seen any spiders or insects of any kind. We just had the follow up done at our Glendale location and again Adam was amazing. Thank you! We will be following up with Invader Pest Management in the future.

My remodeling company came across a bee problem when demoing a project and Scott went out the same day and took care of it for us. He was fast and reliable. We definitely will use him again if anything like that comes back up.

I used this company since I needed an inspection due to refinancing my home. The only complaint that I have is this - the report that I received which was 1 page turned out to be not sufficient enough and now it is holding up my loan process. I explained I needed the inspection for refinancing so the gentleman should have known the correct report to send so I could forward. I had to call another company to come out and expedite the correct report since the current company could not do it for two more weeks.
