Turned a negative into a positive. When I found termites actively infesting my home they were able to send an Inspector out the day after I called them. Gemma the inspector was very honest and professional. After inspection she gave me a quote and the price was very fair. They were able to send a tech out the following morning to treat my home. So two days after I called them for a quote the work has been completed and I no longer have to worry about my home being damaged. Dallas, the tech they sent was professional and thorough. Overall great to do business with and I would recommend them to anyone.

We have been customers of Arizona Organic Pest control for over a year now. Our tech Colton Alexander is knowledgeable, friendly and thorough with his work. We have a large piece of property that is in the green belt in Mesa which means citrus trees! That means scorpions! For the first time since 2004 we finally found a system that works. And the best part is it is truly ORGANIC! I appreciate the extra mile Colton goes to check everything, sweeping for cobwebs, looking for any issues we may not be aware, on a monthly basis. I have never been able to honestly recommend a pest control company until now. Way to go AZ Organic!

I spoke with Heather over the phone to schedule a termite inspection. I have a lot of questions regards their treatment, cost and procedures. She doesn’t know a thing. All she does is to sep up an appointment, really? Appointment without even knowing how much is going to cost me and how they will address the situation? She hung up the phone on me, so rude and unprofessional. I had the worse experience ever. If that is just the Custumer service I don’t want to imagine working with them. RED FLAG from beginning. The only reason I called is because my friend referred me to them but I will not hire them for anything and I will never refer any of my family and friends.

Our tech, Kaimen, even sprayed while I was gone and the doggy door was left open, leaving the dogs free to roam out side. Made sure to close the gate and even sent a picture to verify. Profesional and reliable pest company

Scott did exactly what he promised, and gave great advice on how to keep the bees from coming back after his removal. The bees had set up a rather large hive in the base of a tree, and it was becoming a potential danger to anyone visiting the house. He was able to come out next day to perform the removal, was on time, offered to come back out if there was still issues a few days later, and was very knowledgeable. We reached out to Scott since he captures and relocates bees, and does his best not to kill or harm any bees in the process. If I have any issues at any point in the future, I will be using him again and referring him to friends who have a bees move in where they shouldn't.

Our technician, Jay, was professional, courteous and conscientious in his work. He notified us that he was on his way, performed his services thoroughly, and told us what he had done when he finished. I applaud this service.
