It seems like I've always had a German roach problem at one of my rental units. After dealing with 3 other companies over the years, I decided to give Watchdog a try. They promised that I would have this issue in order within 3 months. Sure enough, the roach problem is gone. I couldn't be more satisfied with a company.

The birds are gone, finally, after three visits. I am glad I don't have to deal with Barry again. He is rude. He yelled at me and used curse words. He did send his guys to fix the problem, so I am glad I don't have to deal with him again. His employees were nice.

Love these guys! I’ve had Ken come out and get rid of birds in my attic then seal off all the holes. I’ve also had them spray for bugs, great results. Most recently, they took care of a rodent problem at my new house. They do an awesome job! Highly recommend!

We called a few Exterminators for quotes. I did some research on the type of chemical they would be using to treat our house for Termites.We decided to go with Invader Pest control and couldn't be happier. It was reasonably priced. Will was our technician and took his time and paid close attention to every detail and concern I had. The whole process was not stressful and I feel confident our house will be protected from Termites. John who came out to measure and do the quote was also very friendly and professional. We had a contract with Terminex before and it was like a 360 degree turn in the right direction from the joke and expensive service Terminex offers. Terminex wouldnt even drill down into my concrete slab around my house. Will from Invader was very careful drilling and patched and cleaned any drilling or trenches that he made to apply our treatment. Hands down Invader did a great job at a reasonable price. Update Will came out again today. He always does a great Job. The honored the warranty and I will continue to use Invader pest control in the future.

This company is awesome, they came and did a thorough inspection, explained what they were going to do. They showed up on time. My technician Rudy was very polite and professional. After he performed the service, he again answered all my questions and concerns. If I ever have a pest problem again I will use this company. Office staff was efficient and we made an appointment for Wednesday May 11th with a 4-6pm window. aT 3:50 PM, Scott calls me and says is it ok if we rescheduled because he is on the other side of town and won't get here till after 6 PM? I said no problem and we rescheduled for Friday May 13th from 8am-10am. I told him I would need to be 1st stop because we had other things scheduled and he said no problem. at 9:50 am he wasnt here so I called his cell that he called me from on Wednesday, and it went to VM and I left a message. Didn't even have the courtesy to return the call and of course never showed up. When I called the office to tell them what happened, they apologized nd said someone would call me Monday...still waiting for that call. Do yourself a favor and find a better company that actually responds, returns calls and cares about customers!!!!
