DJ was super friendly and professional. Asked about any/all problems I may have been experiencing and explained in layman's terms the basics of the services he would be providing both in and outside my home. Acknowledged the monsoon beetles and how those have been an issue for everyone valley-wide this monsoon season and installed a few sticky traps to help limit their ability to move within the house in the event they happen to find a way in. Knowledgeable of all products utilized and made me aware of the chemicals inside the house being safe for pets, but since the outside ones are a bit more aggressive, gave me a length of time to wait before I let them out. Overall, very efficient and helpful. I appreciate the pride and care Greenway takes in ensuring its staff takes care of its customers.

James' treatment/review was so extensive and he was so professional and friendly that I requested he be our assigned technician moving forward. I was so impressed by his thoroughness that 1) I requested a termite treatment estimate from Bug Science for the business; and 2) I will use Bug Science and James for treatment at my home.
You won't regret using James and Bug Science.

Update: Northwest Exterminating has bought out Contractors. So far the new company has not performed as well. We got notice one day before the contractor was scheduled to come, and then did not show up to perform the pest control service. We're rescheduled for next week, so we'll see what happens. This office staff is not as polite and professional as Vic with Contractors was.

This is the company our home builder used for the initial termite and pest control. We contacted them when we moved in because we noticed little bugs everywhere and have signed up with an annual agreement.

Since we began service with them in May 2020 we've only had two live bugs, the rest we've encountered have been dead, which means it's working.

They contact us prior to coming out so we have the opportunity to change our standing appointment if necessary and just bill the credit card we have on file. Very low maintenance for us.

The staff have always been professional and courteous anytime we've had to contact someone. Mike or Jake always performs the service and is very friendly, respectful and courteous.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Contractors Pest Control.

We live up at Carefree HWY where it is all pretty much desert scape around you, we have been having very bad scorpion problems lately due to all of the rain that we have been having. When I called Widow Pest, I was put on their schedule very quickly! Nick and Doug came out in a very timely manner and within a couple days we saw from before having 2-3 scorpions a day to none! they were such kind; personable men and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great pest control service!

Meir is the best! He rid our house of pesky roof rats through comprehensive exclusion and trapping efforts. Meir is relentless and persistent in his pursuits. He doesn’t take any shortcuts and most importantly was affordable versus other service providers. We now use Meir for our quarterly bug spraying.

Adam, Jason, and the entire team are amazing! Extremely thorough and detail oriented. I tell every person I can about their services!

Carl from Bulwark is the best! He has treated multiple properties of mine and notified me whenever he has finished and those areas that required additional attention. He even removed spiderwebs around windows and light fixtures and provided photos of the areas that needed the extra touch. If you need pest service, you should contact Carl at Bulwark.

So I have been swamped with mosquito's. Could not walk to my front door with out getting bit many times. I contacted Creepy Crawly Pest Control they came out and did a mosquito treatment on my front and back yard and I have been able to walk to my front door without swatting them away and getting bit... We have had Beebe’s Pest Control for many years. When we have a problem with bugs we inform Beebe’s and they explain to us how they or how we can take care of one situation. The spray person is very professional and courteous and the staff at Beebe’s is also very professional and courteous when setting our appointments.

I have been trying to cancel their services for MONTHS, they continue to charge my card. They are basically stealing from me at this point. And now after several phones calls they tell me i have to pay a cancellation fee, which was NEVER previously mentioned. They charge monthly for a quarterly service. They are suppose to do the outside house perimeter as well as the inside but if I don't ask, they just spray outside and leave. All around a terrible experience.
