He provided us a quote for the work prior to starting, and he even reduced one of the costs when the work didn't take as long as expected. He always showed up on time and took time to explain things to us to make sure we made the best decisions for our repairs. Mr. Erazo was very responsive and professional. We had a limited window to have a few different tasks done and Mr. Erazo delivered. I have also used him for interior leaks and repairs and he delivered exceptional results each time. I appreciate being able to call and directly get ahold of him which separates Mr. Erazo from the larger handyman services who send a different person each time. The Phoenix Handyman showed up on time and was able to fix my list of things that needed to be done. He completed them in a timely manner. His prices were reasonable and willing to hire him again.

I don't know why Jeremy is getting good reviews. Where to begin. He overcharged me for materials and admitted it to my face, left a huge mess in my yard and I had to make him redo work that he did wrong. I paid for two guys and his assistant left at noon. That left Jeremy working until 7pm because he didn't want to come back the next day. I called him to come back and clean up the mess he left in my yard and he said he was too busy and might come the following week. He also stated that I don't sit around on disability like some people, I have to work for a living. basically mocking my disability. He did not come back for over a week to clean up the huge mess of concrete slurry, broken glass, etc. only because I lured him there with a promise of more work (but I will never hire him again). When Jeremy finally did show up with his assistant, they made a token effort at cleaning up my yard and I had to go behind the two of them three times and point out all the mess they didn't pick up. I shouldn't have to babysit someone who is supposed to be a licensed bonded contractor. My 75 year old neighbor does better work than he does. Do not hire this guy...he promises a lot and smiles a lot - trying to be charming - but he doesn't deliver. He is VERY shady.

Kurt did a great job fixing numerous jobs around our school. He fixed the ice maker in our fridge, painted our trash enclosure, replaced all the missing parts on our busy board, fixed one of our drinking fountains and a classroom door-stopper. Quality work all completed with a great attitude!
