There isn't any interaction I have had with them that didn't receive the following response: Of course, No problem. Didn't matter what my request was.THAT'S how you run a company!!They are trustworthy, friendly, educational & professional.As a result I will never use anyone else! I don't have to. They cover it all.. They have my business loyalty!

I've been using city wide since 2019. They were recommended by my parents who have been using them since 2015. All the techs have been wonderful. I have never had a bad experience until today when I called to have service and was told they won't have anyone in my area for a month so I'd have to wait until then. That in my opinion is bad customer care I understand gas prices are higher but making someone wait a month is extreme. I would've even been okay with a few weeks but a month is unacceptable. I now have to find another company who doesn't mind servicing their customers in a timely manner. Super disappointing.

I have been in my home 14 years and had termite issues immediately after moving in and all the other termite places would drill my concrete and pour liquid and put chemicals in my interior walls, which never worked for very long. Then I found Arrow exterminators and I have NOT had any problems with termites. The service guys are great and the lady(s) I annually speak to in the office are nice and never rushed. Now, this does not mean raise my rate (LOL)

Wally was a pleasure to deal with during the initial inspection and Josh performed the treatment with respect for my home and was very informative throughout the treatment. I hope I do not need their services for several more years, but have the confidence that I will be treated professionally and with respect should any challenges arise.
