I've been with this company for 28 yrs this 2022. I have annual termite service scheduled. They are all very professional, respectful, on time and office staffs are very nice. They send me reminders when it's due and I like it in case I forget. Excellent company and customer service. We have used Arizona Organic for years and years and Dan has always been our tech. He is awesome. Always has time to answer my questions and of course pet our dogs, who love him! He always texts me to let me know our service time is due and when he'll be here. When Dan was out for a medical issue, we sure missed him. It's great having him back!

Today, Thursday, October 13th… Mr. Diego returned to do a check-up! The service is hands down the best I have had since I relocated! The mosquitoes have been unbearable and disrespectful this entire summer. The traps Mr. Diego maintained has definitely helped. We get regular service from this company at multiple properties. Over the last year their service has gone from great to not very good. We are thinking of leaving them for service because of all of the service issues.

We just moved in about a month ago and have come across three scorpions ? it's a new housing development so we figured there would be bugs. Yesterday a rep came by with an amazing offer for service. We were able to get an appointment today! Amazingly fast! The service was completed ? now hopefully there will be less bugs and no more scorpions!

I have used Russell Pest Control for 2 years, every summer. I have a really bad scorpion problem at my home because of the wash behind my house. It is so nice to have gotten rid of them & their food sources!

Oh, forgot to, mention, snake removal too....they have come out on short notice when there has been an unwelcome visitor near the house to remove.

They are the best of the best in the valley! I have been using their service for last 5 years now and have never been disappointed.

They are knowledgeable, professional and very thorough with their treatment. They don’t rush and take the time to explain. And yet, if you’re not satisfied or see issues, they’ll revisit and provide prompt service.

I have been trying to cancel their services for MONTHS, they continue to charge my card. They are basically stealing from me at this point. And now after several phones calls they tell me i have to pay a cancellation fee, which was NEVER previously mentioned. They charge monthly for a quarterly service. They are suppose to do the outside house perimeter as well as the inside but if I don't ask, they just spray outside and leave. All around a terrible experience.

I called them and made an appointment for them to come out to my house. They didn’t come, so I called and set another appointment, which they did come to. They set a few traps around the house and said there were a few points of entry. No rodents were caught and I had to ask them to come out again. They set some more traps. This was at least a week before Christmas and I haven’t heard from them since. I still have an infestation of rodents. All this for $250.
