I called Bill's Pest Control for termites. The estimator came by on time, and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. He prepared a comprehensive treatment plan and a very reasonable estimate. On treatment day, the techs arrived on time and were very efficient and unobtrusive as they drilled and entrenched for treatment. I was pleased with experience and would recommend them.

This company was very professional. They put me on the calendar quick and showed up on time. I was impressed with the text and email reminder as well as the report they emailed me after containing the description of service. Tech did a very thorough job. After there service we were seeing so many scorpions in our house and John made it clear that if you see any scorpions call us and will take care of it . They don’t respond to text or call and we end up switching our service. I don’t trust because everytime either he is having Covid or something else and don’t show up for appointments!! One of the worst

We have been using Bulwark for about 8 months now, and I have been very impressed with the service and results. Kyle K., our technician, is enthusiastic about his job, and he knows what we need more than we do. He has been great about dealing with all of our specific requests. He also asks questions about what we are seeing so he can deal with our problems. Every time he has come over, he has provided great service. The results have been also good. We have not had pests in the house, and when we have had yard bug problems out of our spraying cycle, they have come right over to take care of it without additional charge. If you are looking for routine pest control service, Bulwark is worth considering and I would recommend them.

I have been trying to cancel their services for MONTHS, they continue to charge my card. They are basically stealing from me at this point. And now after several phones calls they tell me i have to pay a cancellation fee, which was NEVER previously mentioned. They charge monthly for a quarterly service. They are suppose to do the outside house perimeter as well as the inside but if I don't ask, they just spray outside and leave. All around a terrible experience.

I called them and made an appointment for them to come out to my house. They didn’t come, so I called and set another appointment, which they did come to. They set a few traps around the house and said there were a few points of entry. No rodents were caught and I had to ask them to come out again. They set some more traps. This was at least a week before Christmas and I haven’t heard from them since. I still have an infestation of rodents. All this for $250.
