I contacted Bill's to schedule a termite inspection. They had their technician out the following morning. Scott was prompt and professional.

We bought our home new in 2014, the day after closing I had Bluesky do the initial spraying. We have been pest free since day one, with Bluesky coming every other month. Bluesky are not only the best but their people are also incredible. I can't say enough about their service and customer relations. Also their prices are way better than the competitors, actually they have no competitors they are in a class by them self.

We are new to Phoenix and clueless in AZ critters. Juan took the time sharing what pests we should be aware of, how often to treat for them and most importantly how Rove will keep our dogs safe!! Juan is very professional and knowledgeable about pest control... our first treatment by Rove techs was on time and performed by 2 super techs!!

This business is absolutely hands down the most professionally run company out there. They not only got rid of our scorpion population, they got rid of all bugs. They are on time, communicate effectively, got rid of all webs and eliminated bugs and scorpions!

We’ve been using this company since we bought our house 6 years ago. They do our termites every year and we get sprayed for pests every 3 weeks because we have a lot of scorpions around us. They do amazing and we’ve always had TJ spray. He’s so thorough and suggested a few years ago to do our attic and now that we do that once a year we haven’t had any scorpions in our house (knock on wood) and whenever we see one outside it’s always dead. TJ has also gone above and beyond to try and get to our house before I have to leave for an appointment whenever I have one on the same day because we have a toddler and baby and really need to stay consistent to not get any scorpions in our house with the kids. He’s also so nice and we’ve always felt really comfortable with him. We’ve had different people do our termites and they’ve all been nice and thorough too.

Great business work ethic and very friendly. 4 months in and our technician continues to arrive on time and is very efficient.

Ax Pest Control serviced our home for pest prevention. The representative was extremely customer service oriented. Txt to let me know when he was arriving. I cannot say enough about David from Responsible Pest Control. When we moved into our house, we had a significant scorpion problem (in drawers, dropping out of bathroom fan grates, and in every room). When we called, and David came out, he told us he would make it his goal to get rid of this infestation.

It took some work, and he responded every time we called, and even followed up! Totally unexpected. We haven't seen a single scorpion, or other pest, since he took over.

I have used Arizona Pest Prevention for my last three homes and they are great. Always on time and Always show up when they say they will.

I just started using Sprague and wow what a difference! They come to work when they say they are and give me a full report of what they found and how we can move forward with preventing any additional pest from coming into our buildings. Sprague employees are friendly and always ready to work and get the job done right.

I have been trying to cancel their services for MONTHS, they continue to charge my card. They are basically stealing from me at this point. And now after several phones calls they tell me i have to pay a cancellation fee, which was NEVER previously mentioned. They charge monthly for a quarterly service. They are suppose to do the outside house perimeter as well as the inside but if I don't ask, they just spray outside and leave. All around a terrible experience.

I have been a customer of Steve Moose’s pest control service for 6+ years. During the Summer months we experience a handful of scorpions in our home, but thankfully they are dead upon discovery. We did have a cricket infestation last year, which Steve promptly treated and returned for a backup treatment at no additional cost.
