I had a great experience with russel pest control. The guy who came out, Jory, was super friendly and prompt. He was great at keeping communicating when he would be out so I had enough time to make sure my dogs were situated snd they were mindful of the storms, they let me know if it rained to hard they would be happy to come out and spray the outside again. I would recommend them and use them again for sure.

I seriously don't know if you will find a business that is so knowledgeable and passionate about all versions of pests. It might sound weird when I say passionate, but I mean it - they are so invested in learning all of the newest trends and patterns in pest treatment that they are able to treat my home and inform me of all of the latest tech and techniques that they are using. It's actually really cool.

Adam, the gentleman that treats our home, is incredible! He is super reassuring, extremely professional, and above all informative. It's rare that you get someone coming to your home to do ANYTHING that is so personable! His knowledge of and dedication to his craft left my (very squeamish) wife feeling safer in our home than before he was there.

And I suppose I couldn't leave a review without mentioning the effectiveness. They claim that their product lasts 45-60 days, and that is exactly true. We get bi-monthly treatments, and have only seen a couple bugs total - even in the heat of roach season! They're great. Hire them.

For 14 years I had them out to the house to treat for termites. For 14 years we had termites. They never got rid of them. They treated this house from construction until this spring, when they refused to renew our warrenty, they no longer service our geographical location. We were told by the owner, Kevin Etherridge, to never contact them again. We were also left you feel like the termite problem was our fault. They were out 2 to 3 times a year for 14 years. As soon as we saw the termites we called for service. We now have structural damage. Cory, Jeff, and Paul are not someone you want out to your house. All 3 if them are rude. All 3 talk down to you. The office staff and Lionel are great.

It's the time of year for creepy crawlies to find their way into houses, but they seem to be sticking around much longer this year than they usually do. We've had Widow out a few times now, and we're very happy with their service. They are able to get us scheduled within 2-3 business days. They are prompt (and will text if they can be early) and professional. Nicholas explained why we may be having continued issues (old plumbing with possible damage) and gave suggestions for permanent solutions, as well as options to manage the issue in the meantime. They were in and out in less than 15 minutes. I wish I didn't need their services, but as long as I do, they'll continue to get my business!

I have been using AZEX Pest Solutions for multiple sites around the valley. They are always prompt and professional when handling our extermination needs. Dorie is always on top of any concerns that arise and Caleb interacts with our staff to ease any pest concerns that they have. He has even provided education to staff concerning different types of pests and best practices for avoiding pest issues. From ants to bed bugs these guys have the tools and training needed to alleviate all of our issues.

I have used other company’s in the past but when it comes to quality and peace of mind go no further!!! Green Arrow Pest has it all and the guy that came out took his time and made sure everything was in order and also made sure to check everywhere even the places I never even thought to look!!! If you want over priced and not good quality go somewhere else but if you want 100% customer service and top quality for your budget this is the place!!! They come to work when they say they are and give me a full report of what they found and how we can move forward with preventing any additional pest from coming into our buildings. I have been a customer of Steve Moose’s pest control service for 6+ years. During the Summer months we experience a handful of scorpions in our home, but thankfully they are dead upon discovery. We did have a cricket infestation last year, which Steve promptly treated and returned for a backup treatment at no additional cost.
