My husband is a 100% Disabled US Army Combat Veteran and I am a US Army Veteran who lives with chronic illness. We couldn't figure out why there were dead bee's on our porch on occasion. We inspected the house never thinking to check a box that my husband kept yard tools in. Sure enough a friend came over to help us and found that this box was loaded. We called the Beeman and explained we lived on a fixed income and didn't know how we could ever afford to pay for this removal. We were made to feel that we were worthy of living bee free (which were angry as all get out). Two very nice men came and in a short amount of time they educated us and removed the bees. We were honored that this was done out of the kindness of their hearts and supportive to the veterans community. There was no charge to our surprise and we can't tell how much we are grateful!!!! Thanks Beeman Organization!!!!

This morning, while doing yard work, I found a wasps nest. Not thinking I called the first company that came up on Google. Mountain View Pest Control!! HUGE MISTAKE!!! The technician arrived within 1 hour. He removed the nest and told me he would walk my property to be sure there were no other nests. He found two small mud wasp nests on the frame of a window and removed them. Once the removal was complete he presented me with a bill of $450 for the first nest and $250 for each mud wasp nest for a total of $995. I almost had a heart attack. I never thought nor did he say there would be an additional charge of $250 for each nest he found. He just stood there and would not leave until I gave him a credit card. When I said no he handed me the phone and told me to take it up with the owner. Ahhhhh Horrible experience.

I called A.S.A.P. mid-afternoon and I talked to Leighton who told me he would come over when he was done with his last appointment and take a look at what MVPC had done or not done. I could tell he was tired but took the time to help me. AT NO CHARGE, he walked my property and found two additional nests that were and obvious as could be. MVPC had removed the first nest but did not spray residual chemicals to keep the others from returning and setting up camp again. Leighton took care of this. Then he saw that MVPC left parts of the previous nest, casings ect... that would attract the wasps back, and took care of that.

We called a few Exterminators for quotes. I did some research on the type of chemical they would be using to treat our house for Termites.We decided to go with Invader Pest control and couldn't be happier. It was reasonably priced. Will was our technician and took his time and paid close attention to every detail and concern I had. The whole process was not stressful and I feel confident our house will be protected from Termites. John who came out to measure and do the quote was also very friendly and professional. We had a contract with Terminex before and it was like a 360 degree turn in the right direction from the joke and expensive service Terminex offers. Terminex wouldnt even drill down into my concrete slab around my house. Will from Invader was very careful drilling and patched and cleaned any drilling or trenches that he made to apply our treatment. Hands down Invader did a great job at a reasonable price. Update Will came out again today. He always does a great Job. The honored the warranty and I will continue to use Invader pest control in the future.

I called late Friday afternoon Brian was at my house before 11 Saturday morning. He was effective and thorough. He explained what he was doing as he went. Brian took care of my problem. He was very professional but also nice and friendly . Definitely my kind of service rep.

Simple...we made an appointment, they came out and treated the house, we got a warranty...done deal. And at a fraction of the cost compared to larger competitors. They were great! We are selling our house and had to have them come out quickly, and they did. Fantastic!!!

so there is a post on here about them messing up your house to do bed bug treatment. i was thinking like hey at least they are trying to do a good job. but after they came to my house today it kinda seems like they purposefully just dont give a flying Duck about your stuff i did the prep exactly like was stated except left 3 jackets up in closet thinking they wouldnt matter (keep in mind that was the hot spot for bugs.) instead of letting me know or just taking them and putting them outside or throwing them on ground like they do everything else they just didnt do it and left a note saying my warranty is voided. on top on that i had a bed bug cover and pillows covering my BRAND NEW MATTRESS those are now on the ground in closet in the hot spot. their revolutionary treatment consists of trashing your house while spraying with chemicals and setting up their state of the art walmart space heaters. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Used for years now merged with moxie. Now terrible.. moved on to another local independent service. Bye moxie hello Nocturnal pest control!
