Best Customized Termite Treatment in Phoenix AZ

We have used Green Home for more then 2 years, They have done an excellent job!
After some of our monsoon storms we have seen increase in crickets...........but with just one call they came out and sprayed again at no extra cost and problem was solved!

My father has had a yearly termite inspection policy for years with this company that he continues to pay. However, CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS DECLINED TO A POINT OF NO RETURN. Staff is friendly but seemingly cannot do anything except apologize that phone calls are not returned--and take YET ANOTHER MESSAGE. (that will never be returned) IF YOU WANT A COMPANY THAT WILL RESPOND THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY FOR YOU.

Our service technician, Ollie is always prompt, very courteous and thorough. He always verbally lets us know what is going on in addition to the paperwork we're given each time.

And scorpions! My service was thorough. I appreciate the technician’s (Shawn) attention to customer service, along with the customer service of the salesman Gaige, who provided details and a friendly conversation. Give these guys a try!

Normal pest control

I don't leave a lot of reviews but this experience is definitely worth mentioning. We had Hawx services yesterday with Randy T. and Michael D. I was completely blown away with their professionalism and attention to detail. I know a lot of companies pay for reviews but this ain't one of them. I was very hesitant on what we would receive with our contract and had thought about canceling before they came out. I am so glad I stuck with it. Thank you for the great service. You have earned us as customers for many years to come.

These guys are fantastic! I found 2 scorpions near my kids! I called them because they were referred by one of my friends and Adam was able to came out the same day. He used 3 different types of treatment around my house inside and out, was extremely professional and polite, and was cheaper than I expected! I will definitely be using them again and referring to my friends and family! Thank you bug science!

We moved here from NY and we're not familiar with scorpions. Had one in the house and we freaked out because we have small children. Very easy to get an appoint, they are a phone call away. Be it any techie or team member, they are so humble and soft-spoken, excellent customer service.

When I contacted Green Magic to get quotes to start a new service, I appreciated that the owner (Matt) was on the phone telling me about their products and their team approach. James did our initial service and could not have been more informative and professional. I have already recommended them to my new neighbors!

Honestly not sure why I haven’t submitted a review sooner. They’re awesome! Antonio is our service tech. He’s a pleasure to work with, so kind and honest. Customer service is always responsive and helpful. Overall very impressed with their services!

After calling several pest control companies green home pest control was the only one that answered their phone and immediately gave me a quote and was able to come out the next day. They notified me 20 minutes before they arrived and everything was handled just like they said. I'm very greatful that they met all my expectations. Always very communicative, professional, and quick. Took care of all our outdoor pests and have not seen a single spider inside the house after the first two outdoor treatments. We were nearly overrun with black widows and cockroaches and it has been a genuine relief to have them gone. Always great about answering questions and getting the job done. They’ll also clean up any cob webs surrounding the house / fence area.

Our technician, Jay, was professional, courteous and conscientious in his work. He notified us that he was on his way, performed his services thoroughly, and told us what he had done when he finished. I applaud this service.

We had someone from Smart Pest Solutions come to our house to treat for scorpions, and they were wonderful. So respectful, on time, and made me and my 5 roommates feel very comfortable. No more scorpions, yay!! Thank you.
