Gemma is the Termite Expert that came out to do both initial inspections/quotes and she is fantastic: prompt, thorough, professional and friendly, and she even found evidence of termites that we hadn't found before she got here. When she came out to do the initial inspect/quote on the detached shop, she also did a “check-up” inspection on the house just to make sure that all was still good. The young men that came out to do the treatments were also prompt, very professional, and friendly.Bill’s prices are extremely fair and reasonable and they run their business in a very efficient manner; you get the quote for treatment and the treatment scheduled right then and there before the Termite Expert leaves your place.It is easy to tell by the employees of Bills Pest & Termite, that it is a family owned business that is devoted to good service and happy customers.

James was wonderful! He took the time to get down all the spider webs and everything else in his way. He took his time spraying for spiders and scorpions. I feel he did a wonderful job and look forward to seeing him again in 2 months!!

I highly recommend Insectek Pest Solutions - After moving into our house we had a problem with ants in our cupboards, and in various other locations. I called these guys - they responded right away, and Kyle (technician) was very courteous and professional. They took care of the problem on the first visit. We’ve been ant free ever since - almost 2 years now... We also don’t have to worry about spiders or scorpions as they take care of all those pests for us too. We plan on using Insectek at our next home too.

We’ve had 3 pest control companies attempt to solve our rodent problems. I’ve been hearing rats run and scurry in my bedroom over my bed! Ew! It has been giving us insomnia and stress for months!!! Other companies kept placing out traps, to no avail. We finally called Arizona’s Best Choice and they sent out their representative named Hannah. Wow! Where do I even start. Extremely professional, punctual, kind, and honest. She instantly found the culprit. The rodents ate through our plumbing line on our roof! (Picture included that she took)
Sure enough, Hannah solved the problem. We haven’t heard a peep since she performed the service. My wife and I finally sleep! We feel so at peace. Hannah GAVE US OUR LIFE BACK. We trust her services. I highly recommend you call and ask for Hannah for all and any services. She’s extremely knowledgeable. She truly loves what she does, it’s evident in her performance. I did the bargain packing from AZEX pest control and was very PLEASED! Great deal and Caleb (pest inspector) came out two weeks later and checked my whole house with their k-9. Once again very pleased with his professionalism and the dogs behavior. Having bed bugs is a nightmare but this company gave me piece of mind. Would HIGHLY recommend!
