After spending over a week dealing with a very dishonest septic company and trying to get a passing grade to sell our home, we called Mike Roybal Septic Services, desperate for an honest assessment of our septic. While the other company was ready to rebuild for thousands of dollars, Mike conducted the same tests and found no issues. We are now certified and ready to sell! Honesty and integrity is hard to come by and this company has both in spades.

Quality Septic is an amazing company. I had a back-up emergency and they were on-site within a few hours. This was a neglected septic tank and was a very difficult pump. Repairs were needed and Quality Septic had the resources to get a repair company, after hours, to assist. With professionalism they continued to work for over 6 hours until the issues were resolved. They did not leave the property until 10:30pm. Quality Septic exceeded my expectations and the cost was more than fair. Quality Septic is an outstanding company that I highly recommend to anyone with septic issues. I love these guys.

Jose' Aguilar was the technician who was sent to our home to drain our septic tank. It overflowed over the Christmas holiday. When he got her he discovered more problems and quoted us a very fair price to fix everything. It rained all 3 days it took to fix the problem and drain the tank but that didn't stop him. He wanted to make sure that me and my disabled son wouldn't be stuck nor being able to use our showers, toilet, etc., any longer than necessary. He is one of the hardest workers I have ever seen. He really cared about us and did an amazing job. He really was my hero! What an asset to to your company! I will refer Hero Home Services to anyone who asks and it's all because of Juan. We called Clint today at 10:30 am, and he was on the job by 2 pm. On a SATURDAY. Simply amazing. We opened our brand new dog grooming salon this week and the drains started backing up and water was everywhere. I can't even put into words how grateful we are that Clint was able to come out so promptly, and that he was so efficient and knowledgeable, and on top of it all, extremely fairly priced. He was friendly, accommodating, honest, and trustworthy. We are so grateful to have found him and his company. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

It was time to have our septic tank pumped out. A American came out the next day, and actually arrived 2 hours early than scheduled.

They also replaced one of the tank inspection plugs which had cracked in two, at no extra charge.

On top of that, they were significantly lower in price then three other companies that I had called.

I had had occasion to use Belsito Plumbing for several small jobs in the past and had been thoroughly satisfied with both their pricing and their workmanship on these occasions so, when it came time to switch over an older Phoenix residential property from a septic tank to the city sewer system, I naturally invited them, along with several other well-regarded local plumbing companies, to bid on this bigger, more complex job. I am glad that I did: not only was their total bid (including all work, materials, permits and inspection fees) lower than those of their competitors, but they were also able -- by bringing in extra workers and equipment when bad weather threatened to interfere with the project -- to finish the job in two and a half, rather than four and half days. In a nutshell: I am well-pleased with Belsito Plumbing, and would not hesitate to call on them in the future for any of my plumbing needs, either big or small.

We had our septic tank pumped this week. From the beginning phone call (quote and scheduling) to the end(pumping) the experience was professional, timely and overall excellent! We elected to have risers and caps installed as our tank lids were 3 feet deep. They’re pumping service fee is priced very well. Naturally, if you want them to install risers and/or they have to dig, there is additional cost to that. I’d highly recommend Septic Medic

Juan called early to say when he would be arriving, was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, quick service and answered all my questions. Great experience and I will use them again. They helped alleviate a difficult situation.

A realtor's bad review of Duck's almost swayed me from calling, but we needed our 1500 gallon septic tank pumped immediately. I called around 10AM this morning, was given a fair and reasonable price and told they could most likely come today, but would call back to confirm. No more than an hour later I was told they'd be out today. Jesus A. Showed up this afternoon and was fantastic! He was more thorough then other companies that we used in the past and we will definitely use Duck's again in a couple years! Highly recommend for septic pumping!

He was so kind to my wife and kids who wanted to watch the process and he was very open to questions. I used NuFlow for sewer lining and I can't rave enough about this company. What a first rate, professional company! Communication every step of the way from the office staff to the people on site. Attention to detail and a clean work site daily. Schedules were met. The team worked efficiently and seemed to be always on the same page. Highly recommend.

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed.
