I found out I had termites and called Bill's Pet Control they sent out a specialist right away to look at my situation. After a complete walk through and explanation of my issue.I setup to have the work done and when the technicians arrived they where on time and very professional. They explained everything they where going to do and an eta on completion. They made sure i knew what they where doing and what to look for to make sure my issue was resolved. They provided the details of my service and warranty. They also asked me to let them know if i had any questions or issue. I will always call Bill's if i ever need help with pests again as they where very professional and made sure i knew what needed to be down at a level i was able to understand with out making me seem like i didn't know what they where talking about.

Russell Pest Control has been our exterminator for over 20 years.The owner is a great person. He is attentive, personable and friendly in any exchange we have via text or phone conversations. If we ever have an issue with odd bug activity (usually ant mounds outside once or twice during the summer), I just text him and he has the bug guys check out the areas and take care of it. Love these guys! I’ve had Ken come out and get rid of birds in my attic then seal off all the holes. I’ve also had them spray for bugs, great results. Most recently, they took care of a rodent problem at my new house. They do an awesome job! Highly recommend!

Had the pleasure of dealing with this company for a recent termite treatment at my home. Each aspect of the process - the initial phone call, the initial inspection visit, the treatment visit and the follow-up - was very professional and delivered as promised. Wally was a pleasure to deal with during the initial inspection and Josh performed the treatment with respect for my home and was very informative throughout the treatment. I hope I do not need their services for several more years, but have the confidence that I will be treated professionally and with respect should any challenges arise.

Michael, the service technician was very professional. First, Bulwark provided a text days prior to the visit - and they arrived on time. Michael came to the door and inquired as to any problem areas. He followed up upon completion and outlined some additional areas that he covered outdoors - around the hot tub and barbeque area to ensure proper protection. It is nice when someone is proactive in performing customer service without being asked. Thank you and well done!

Albert Ebanks arrived on time & did a great job. He went above & beyond by immediately sending us pictures and calling us to discuss the source of our ant infestation & the particular work he did to control them.
Tyler Norris worked long and hard, doing an excellent job, for our 1st termite control service. He was timely and professional. He had to drill, dig, apply the product and clean up to boot - he deserves high praise!

Very friendly people the staff was good but now every time I call I never get an answer it always says they’re unavailable so it’s very frustrating especially when I have a brand new house and a mouse is running across the floor. Then I did research and I realize that this company is not even insured I’ve been ghosted
