John came to our home and was very understanding of our concerns. He inspected our home and explained in detail about our termite problem. We set up appointment and Michael came out and completed the treatment in 3 1/2 hrs. He did a wonderful job. You would never of known he was here. I love them! We had started seeing scorpions and since spraying we have only seen a couple and they all been dead. I'm sure even that'll improve the more spraying we do. Due to our area, scheduling gets a little difficult if they have to spray inside because they only come to our area couple times a month.

After receiving mysterious bites, and ruling out flying insects by installing a very effective indoor bug zapper, I captured two small bugs that were in our bed [my husband did not seem to have bites – just me]. I squished one of the bugs, and out came blood. OK, I had heard of bed bugs, but had never needed to deal with them. Once I started reading the horror stories on-line I began to feel a mild panic. I ordered bed bug traps for the bed, ordered a book, and bought some “natural” sprays on-line. The more I read, though, the more I was convinced we needed a professional. I had heard and read a little about using heat to kill bed bugs, so when I saw the ad for ArizonaHeat Pest Services, and noted they serviced my area, I gave them a call. I was referred to their technician Chris. The first service Chris provided was to calm me down. He let me know how many folks like me they had helped and what the procedure would entail.

He first wanted to make sure we were dealing with bed bugs so he had me take pictures of the tiny stains on the sheet and the area behind the bed which was a wooden paneled wall. I had not noticed but there were tiny black spots on the wall. Chris educated me on what to look for and what the evidence revealed. When he was certain we had a bed bug issue, we talked about the work he would do, the prep work, and the costs.

On Tuesday, the first day we spoke, he sent me an email with an attachment detailing the steps we would need to take to prepare for his visit. It took my husband and I all day Wednesday to complete the prep work. On Thursday morning, as promised, he and another technician Eric arrived to begin their work.

We did a check of the house and Chris gave us the final quote which was within the range he first estimated when we spoke. He explained the rationale behind his quote, and it made sense to us. He estimated the length of time it would take to complete the work which included the heat treatment and specific limited application of chemicals targeted to the area where the bed bugs had set up shop. Bed bugs can travel and are experts at hiding, so he took steps to make sure the entire house would be free of bed bugs when they were through. He told me there may be a few left, but they would succumb to the chemical treatment. If I saw any bed bugs after a week, he said to call him. It’s now been a week and we have not seen any bed bugs, and I have no new bites. We remain vigilant and are drying bedding and clothing on high heat. So far after one week, I am a very satisfied customer. After it has been three months and I am bed bug bite free, then I will be doing a happy dance like you can’t believe!

The tech called me when he was on his way. He arrived and was very friendly and personable, he let me talk his ear off while getting the job done! Great customer service and great price. Will definitely recommend to anyone needed services!!

I called this company to help me with a pigeon problem. After two phone calls and a e-mail with photos of my roof they never even called me back. This company is what I call a “no show” I sent the pictures as soon as he asked for them. I wouldn’t hire this company becousw the owner is a Bullshiter

My townhouse rental ended up with roof rats due to my neighbors getting them and making their way through the attic. My landlord called BeBes who came and set outside bait traps and traps in the attic which were to be checked weekly, I also set my own traps. For two weeks, BeBes traps caught morhing while mine caught several rats. The third week, no one showed up during the scheduled time and no one called to say they weren't going to make it and we rescheduled for another day in which they did not show so my landlord cancelled with the company after 532 dollars he paid over a months span and their traps failed. The company CALLED ME to set up for a tuesday to come get their traps in the attic and outside.... no one showed, I called and rescheduled for Wednesday, no one showed or called AGAIN. Today being thursday, I called and asked to speak to the manager and the owner himself called me and very rudely told me to keep the traps, my landlord cancelled so it's not his problem anymore. After I tried to explain that my landlord paid for the weekly service that no one showed up to before the service was cancelled, the OWNER proceeded to yell in the phone.... ITS CANCELLED, ITS CANCELLED, ITS CANCELLED. So now I am left with getting traps out of my attic, which my or may not have a rat in them, as well as disposing of the outside bait traps. I am a single mom with no handyman abilities. This company, especially the owner (I think his name was dan) are very inconsiderate and unprofessional. I'd go with Burns pest company anyday over this company.

George is the best service guy I have ever had. He is always on time, he is professional, he is friendly. I can’t say enough positive things about him. Hire this company and request George. You will not be disappointed.

They came and completed the treatment quickly and at a reasonable price

Heard scratching noises in my attic at night and was afraid of what might be up there. After calling, I was told Chris would be able to come out in the morning. He came on time and was very professional. After inspecting the attic he told me that there were some signs mice. We sat down and he told me the different options that they had and not once did he pressure me into anything I didn't want. We agreed to a plan. Chris set the traps and came back once a week to check the traps and seal any point of entry they could come in from. After a few weeks, (and a couple of mice later) it was determined they were gone. It is now over a year later and all is still well. Chris did an amazing job.
