Highly recommend this extremely professional company! They are kind, professional, accommodating, and efficient. I called on a Sunday and they squeezed me in on Monday morning. I told them on the phone my daughter would be napping they knocked very quietly, and tiptoed through the house being careful not to wake my daughter. They informed me of some prevention techniques and were so nice and not pushy what so ever. I Will definitely give them all of my pest control business very happy with their service!

Green Home Pest has been providing my bi-monthly pest control service for a few years. All of their technicians have been professional, competent and courteous. Brian was the technician today. He did a thorough job in a timely manner and was courteous and respectful. You'll get great value and quality service from this company.

Very pleased overall and prefer the service we have recieved over Terminix that we used previously. Wanted to edit to add our technicians have consistently been exceptional. Ishmael is very courteous, polite and punctual. He answered all my questions related to pest control. We moved into a newly built home and had lots of crickets around our home. It all went away after first treatment. Small business who are delightful to work with.

We started having scorpions for the first time this year, even after being scorpion free the previous 3 years we've lived in our house.. Preventative Pest Control was able to get rid of our little pests, even though they were very persistent at first!! They utilized different chemicals, a powder substance in the entryways to the house, and lots and lots of sticky pads! Knock on wood, I think they're gone!! Ben and his dog, Berkeley, scouted my house for bedbugs, and the entire experience was friendly and professional. Ben was extremely reassuring about the whole situation and answered all our questions about treatments and how to move forward. Berkeley was very sweet and well-behaved. Overall a great experience, despite the involvement of bed bugs.

They sprayed for ants and LITERALLY the next day I had the same issue. Ants did not go away! Immediately notified the salesman that came knocking at my door to offer their services. And he advised me that he can have his guys do a re-spray, re-spray never happened. I called customer service and I come to find out that they are a recurring monthly fee, so the 40$ they charged me to spray was not a one time event, they will charge 40$ monthly even though I did not sign any paperwork. Again I SIGNED ZERO PAPERWORK.! When the guy took my card I was under the impression that it was a one time payment. Still I never signed an agreement for the monthly payment. So be aware if you are using their services.

I would never recommend their services and their customer service is even worse!

Used for years now merged with moxie. Now terrible.. moved on to another local independent service. Bye moxie hello Nocturnal pest control!
