ICON PEST CONTROL

Manny has always been a pleasant person. Willing to listen and try to make things right. However, they missed my appointment on Thursday the 10th of this month. So I called and he gave me an update of this upcoming Saturday (the 12th) 11 to 3 range. I call today to let him know I'm going to move forward with a different specialist and initially thought I called to cancel the appointment that he scheduled on the 16th of this month (To my surprise, because we had scheduled for this Saturday the 12th).

When I first called Manny( back in 2020), he cleared up a big issue I had moving into a new home (2020) with a lot of American roaches and I'm truly thankful for that. He told me to give it 6 months and it should be a lot less in activity, which it was and that's awesome.This last summer though I was unable to get consistent results and saw many bugs and the issue wasn't addressed the way it was before. Given the lack luster scheduling this last month and the call to cancel (which proved even more bad scheduling), I think I've made the right choice to move on.

Manny, I hope for you and your company the best, but it is time for me to move on .

Got in contact with Manny from Icon pest control, got a quick and reasonable quote. Manny came the next day and took care of my bee problem. Definitely recommend Icon pest control no more bees!!!!!

Fast, reliable, and honestly the best price I found. Came to my house and not only sprayed but knocked spider webs off my porch. Definitely worth it.

Chad & Manny we’re great! Very thorough & patient, explaining what needed to be done. Accommodated my work schedule, coming over at 6:30 at night because I found a few little beetles in the house & wanted this done ASAP!
Spray Treated the yard & house very quickly but also very thoroughly. I was thankful they didn’t cut corners to get the job done faster. I’ll be happy to have them back so I don’t have this problem again!

These people are reliable, on time, and professional. After months long construction, I noticed some cockroaches appearing. ICON PEST CONTROL came out ASAP and treated the house. It's been a year since and I have not seen a cockroach at my house. Manny comes by every 2-3 months to do a touch up. I really appreciate that they always email me prior to my appointment date to remind me, they always call me right before they are coming to the house, and they always email me my receipt after service. They've never missed an appointment. I highly recommend these guys.

The people who have come have been very professional and friendly each time. I mentioned getting more scorpions after our neighbors get sprayed by a different company and they started spraying more along our fence line right away. Really happy we went with this company. Willy was a fantastic tech who always make me feel safe and comfortable when he enters my home. That's super important to me because I'm usually alone while my husband is at work. Willy even removed the webs from under a vehicle that I have sitting on my property. Willy was extra detailed in the interior of my house because we're having a party tomorrow.
I live in a nice development and always have people trying to convince me to switch over to their services, but I let them know that I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH ICON PEST CONTROL. ICONS product always kills the bugs and all the techs are extremely professional. I will be renewing my contract when it expires

When I moved into my first home I had notice there was a bee hive and had no idea how to get rid of it. I heard from Icon pest control from one of my buddies at a gym I go to. I gave manny a call and he inspected and was very detail orientated towards his services. He was so quick to respond to my message and scheduled me accordingly. I definitely would recommend his services to anybody who isn’t sure but needs pest control done. He is a super cool, down to earth guy.

Man if I could give these guys 10 stars I would. I had Roaches I repeat, I had roaches. After one treatment I haven’t seen one since. it’s been over three months now. I highly recommend them to friends and family.
