I appreciate that he was constantly giving us information about what he did and did not find and provided solutions for the issue he did find. I would definitely use Arizona's Exterminator Co. again. Scott from Taps pest services is the best. I have been using them since 2012. Completely trustworthy, professional and efficient. We use them for our home and business.

Everytime I request an appointment, it's met with urgency ( I usually wait until it's absolutely necessary). Tim has responded quickly, he is respectful and considerate. Also, this may seem small but he always is mindful of my pets and there well-being by removing their toys and beds before spraying. Because of this, I have referred 911 to friends in need.

Several observations here:

Budget Bro’s are good if you don’t have termites, because then you don’t have to deal with them! No one ever plans on getting termites, but it’s comforting to know that if termites do become your roommates, that you have someone in your corner to give them an eviction notice with enough power to enforce it! We used this company for a year without issue; then the termites moved in.

The office staff is very rude! They all must be given a “how to be rude to the customer 101” course! Just take a look at the owner in all of the 1-star reviews…he HAS to get the last word in. I encourage you to read the reviews; all owner responses are excuses and insults (he actually wished bodily harm on a customer; that the ceiling “falls on your fingers and prevents you from writing 1-star reviews.” She summed it up perfectly too: “Are we supposed to wait until the ceiling comes down on us to get service?”)… I would’ve expected to see apologies for losing their business. I understand it’s your livelihood, but maybe just listen to your customer… maybe they are trying to tell you something!! I’m not trying to tell you how to run your business… but if you’re losing business and the common complaint is that your customer service is terrible (or lack of customer service altogether), wouldn’t it benefit you to identify the source of it and cut it out like cancer?

You don’t have to “educate” your customer! Maybe you did in fact take Termite Behavioral Science in college for 4 years and defended a doctoral thesis on the subject. Maybe you are the termite whisperer. But that’s why we pay you to take care of the problem. I don’t want to be berated over the phone of why I don’t understand the mind of a termite. What I want is for you to take care of the problem. Be in my corner, on my team… not my opponent! Show me… don’t tell me!

I now understand why their treatments are lackadaisical in nature. Their warranty only provides for the treatment of termite infestation. It is not in their best interest to use the best materials, costly chemicals, employee man-hours and a timely response. They aren’t invested in your home. The warranty only binds them for the treatment of termites. Their business model is to save as much money while appearing to solve the problem. So while the termites have a 24/7 buffet on your house, free of rent, they expect you to be ignorant and trust that everything will be fine for a month until their one backlogged technician can find a spare 5-minutes to treat your termite infestation! Other companies provide a warranty that include the replacement and repair of any structural damage that termites cause! It IS in their best interest to completely exterminate, in a timely manner, with a full-court press, the termite infestation… because they ARE invested in your home!

I hope this review helps reveal the issues we had. (Cue owner excuse response below)

Great experience with quality staff.

Art was great and professional.
Arrived on time, offered a competitive quote and completed the work on time. He also took time to explain all the steps for the treatment, and answered all my questions fully.

Meir is the best! He rid our house of pesky roof rats through comprehensive exclusion and trapping efforts. Meir is relentless and persistent in his pursuits. He doesn’t take any shortcuts and most importantly was affordable versus other service providers. We now use Meir for our quarterly bug spraying.

The job was done thoroughly and with great detail. The experience was excellent and the service provided was top-notch. Highly recommended.

Sprayed my garden with weed killer!
0 stars for lack of care.

Wife told me someone was in the front yard. Went outside to see a tech spraying inches from my container garden. Had a tomato plant laying on it's side, as it needed a cage, and Kyle was spraying a few inches from the plant upwind from other plants in the garden.

I grew up on a farm and am familiar with spraying. Tech said it was okay if he was careful. Spraying inches away from a plant you want to keep, is not careful, especially if there is wind.

I asked the tech what he was spraying, and if he had documentation on the product. (so I could treat the overspray) He said he didn't know what he was spraying, other than herbicide, which I thought was weird.

Kyle also told me he knocked several times, which is not true as we were in the front of the house and would have heard a knock.

Called landlord, and they said they were having weeds sprayed at another rental that is vacant in the same community. Not sure if they were supposed to spray our property or not, but I recommend training techs to talk to clients before spraying, but more importantly learn what is a tomato, brussel sprout, or anything that looks like it is a plant that is wanted, and learn not to kill my garden. It's not too hard to figure this out. ??

I called to have live bee removal, and Sam came by promptly the very next day. He was punctual, and efficient. He outlined the process very simply, and did a very fast and thorough job. I am extremely happy with the results, and will be recommending The Beekeeper any chance I get.

Adam and his team are Amazing!!!! Great customer service. Have been very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Super quick to answer all my questions. Recommended them 100%!!!

Mike came out and spent 5 hours sealing all the roof entry points - about a dozen. He showed me pictures of everything. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Hard worker. Setting traps was not the hard work, it was the entry points that were very well attended to.

My equipment is leaking at the pump (small pin hole in the metal case) and the shroud is cracked. We bought the equipment less than two years ago but have only used it about a dozen times and it has been garage kept. They told me there was nothing they could do about the pin hole as they didn't believe the pump manufacture would cover it. They never bothered to get back to me about the shroud. When I bought it they delayed shipping also. Save yourself some aggravation and buy elsewhere.
