Knight Pest Control

My Mom has been using White Knight Pest Control for a couple years now and they have been great, very professional and willing to come out for extra treatments any time she sees anything she doesn't like. Recently we had a bit of a mix up with their phone service. Mom called the company and received inaccurate information which resulted in a huge expense to her. Instead of letting it go or blaming her, Danny at White Knight, helped her submit receipts for those expenses and made sure she was reimbursed. Thank you White Knight for doing the right thing and for taking care of a good customer. You are awesome!

By far the worse experience with white knight then any other company I ever delt with. Not only did they do a horrible job I have more bugs in my house then I ever had in my life. They kept cancelling appointments and when I asked for them to spray inside my home they cancelled that one and blamed it on me. They are only worried about you signing a contract so they can get ake your money and not do the job.

Wife told me someone was in the front yard. Went outside to see a tech spraying inches from my container garden. Had a tomato plant laying on it's side, as it needed a cage, and Kyle was spraying a few inches from the plant upwind from other plants in the garden.

I grew up on a farm and am familiar with spraying. Tech said it was okay if he was careful. Spraying inches away from a plant you want to keep, is not careful, especially if there is wind.

I asked the tech what he was spraying, and if he had documentation on the product. (so I could treat the overspray) He said he didn't know what he was spraying, other than herbicide, which I thought was weird.

Kyle also told me he knocked several times, which is not true as we were in the front of the house and would have heard a knock.

Called landlord, and they said they were having weeds sprayed at another rental that is vacant in the same community. Not sure if they were supposed to spray our property or not, but I recommend training techs to talk to clients before spraying, but more importantly learn what is a tomato, brussel sprout, or anything that looks like it is a plant that is wanted, and learn not to kill my garden. It's not too hard to figure this out. ??

Save your money. We started 2 years ago with Danny who hooked up with White Knight a few months ago. When Danny came, scorpions were extremely rare and then White Knight came along 2 plus months ago. An appointment for the first service, but the second time a very young tech just showed up. The next morning, I had a centipede on my porch. Two nights later, 2 scorpions and another centipede. I called and asked that Danny come out with his black light and made an appointment for after dinner one night. At 6:00 (during dinner) another tech showed up and we explained what we needed. I texted Danny re: the mix up and asked if I needed to get another service. His response: I'll inactive your account. Last night I found the first scorpion in my house in over a year. You should have seen a 73 year old woman crawling around the floor on a newly replaced knee trying to find it. They must have been spraying water. Would like a refund of the $60.00 I paid. M y 5 pound dog is allergic to scorpion stings and both my husband and I have been stung. Can anyone recommend a replacement?

I told Alex of the ants that were near the patio and were feeding of the cats' plates. He did an excellent and thorough job and he did it quickly. He asked several times if there was anything else I needed. Alex is friendly and kind. I want him next time!
