Bill's Pest and Termite was recommended to us from a friend for their great service. and we were not disappointed. John was very prompt, courteous and informative. We ask lots of questions and he was very patient and answered all of our questions with detailed answers. His initial quote was very reasonable and the final cost matched his preliminary estimate. He provided a very detailed plan of attack for applying the termite control. Our tech, Casey did a great job applying the chemical including a very clean job of patching all of the holes drilled in the concrete.Overall, we are very happy with our experience with Bill's Pest and Termite and would definitely recommend them.

I have been using Insectek for a couple of years now; first at my previous home in North Phoenix, and now at my current home in East Mesa. I have had only the best of experiences with their services; they are always on time, and are in and out quickly while doing a thorough job. They always ring the doorbell to ask you if you have any specific requests, which is greatly appreciated. Kyle has been servicing my home regularly and he is always very thorough and considerate. He even texted me when he found a baby rattlesnake in our backyard, and even though he was not allowed to get rid of it, he was kind enough to toss it over the back fence so my dog wouldn't find it; something I would have been to scared to do! A wonderful company that is prompt, thorough, fairly priced, and always kind in person and on the phone. Highly recommended.

As of today I am currently waiting on results, however my experience thus far with this company has been exceptional and light years above my previous experience with another company in the valley. From the inspection done by Jeremy to the termite treatment performed by Sean, both were punctual, informative (they answered all my questions and concerns, and I had a lot), professional, respectful, and courteous. I had a massive ground beetle infestation at my commercial building shortly after the monsoon rains a few weeks ago. I called, and even though they were dealing with an influx of pest calls, because the entire valley had the same beetle, they were still able to make it out that very afternoon. Good service, good results and the price was fair.
