I received great service from Bill's Pest and Termite Company. I was with another company who tried to up-sell me to another termite control method that they said was better but much more expensive instead of honoring my warranty. Rob with Bill's was familiar with this other method and told me that it would not work and cannot be guaranteed. He also used to work for this other company and that was one reason he left. Thank you, Rob. I appreciate your honesty.

I have been with this company for around 9 years and have never had a problem with them. They are always on time, courteous, and professional. If ever there is an issue, a quick email is all it takes to get things rolling. I highly recommend them for your pest control needs.

The guys who come to the house have always been polite, very knowledgeable, on time, respectful of our home and property and just generally are a pleasure to work with. Our renter called to tell us there were many bees around & it wasn’t normal. We contacted Abello Bees after viewing their site and then a referral from a friend. Lara thoroughly explained the process and that the bees would be moved to their apiary. She got us on the schedule quickly. Pictures of the work were provided. We were impressed and asked them to do the repair work required to ensure that “new bees” wouldn’t try to build a new home in the spot. Derek did a great job. Lara’s explanations & pictures are used to educate our grandchildren and friends.

I used this company since I needed an inspection due to refinancing my home. The only complaint that I have is this - the report that I received which was 1 page turned out to be not sufficient enough and now it is holding up my loan process. I explained I needed the inspection for refinancing so the gentleman should have known the correct report to send so I could forward. I had to call another company to come out and expedite the correct report since the current company could not do it for two more weeks.
