Best Insurance Claims in Phoenix AZ

Been having a problem with all roofers telling me that they can fit me in next month, so I've started out by asking
How backed up are you?
received a reply back saying that they weren't backed up at all.
UNTIL I told them what I wanted... all of a sudden, they're backed up since I don't need a whole new roof.
Unprofessional AND not very intelligent to send me both of those statements in texts so
he can't even PRETEND not to be a jerk.

Awesome service! Our roof was destroyed during the monsoon season. Not only did Sheldon come out and place a tarp to prevent further damage, he helped battle with the insurance company to ensure the repairs were done properly and wouldn't let them cut corners. Jack and his team were fantastic! I have a flat foam roof that was in need of repair. I had several large areas where water was pooling, cracks, and overall aging. Jack scheduled a time to come inspect the roof. He explained what was wrong and what the required repairs would entail. I had a quote within a days and was on the books for the work within a week. Matt Glover was a joy to work with! There was no pressure from him to replace my roof, but simply laid out all the details about the procedure, including working with my insurance company. The crew was on time, respectful of my property, and finished the job, complete with cleanup, in just over 8 hours. The roof looks great! Matt was a pleasure to get to know and fun to talk with, and very responsive. I highly recommend this company for any roofing needs.

I have storm damage to my roof and it’s been this way since July 2021. I found this company after I had a bad experience with RMP construction. This company had better ratings and a good rating on BBB. So far my work has been rescheduled week after week with little to no notice. I had to reschedule other contractors to do inside work waiting on these guys. We gave them the benefit of the doubt that they were just backed up and short staff. The day we had them in contract to show up, they didn’t. We weren’t given a call or heads up. The carpenter showed up and was clueless to why they weren’t here.. There is no communication to their employees and to the customer. The owner has informed us they are willing to let us out of our contract. The consistent no show is a breach of contract. I even question the quality of work they would do if they are willing to just walk away from my business. Due to the time we have already spent with this company we just want the work done in a timely manner like we agreed. They shouldn’t be scheduling any additional work if they don’t have the man power. I will post an update to this and see if they follow through as well as the quality of work if completed.

Best decision I made going with Phoenix. Will for sure go back and do more business with them in the future. Ask for Alex!

I have a large home in the Rio Verde area and after hard rains we discovered that we had a significant leak in the roof tiles on the back side of our home. We contact Geo Roofing and they came our right away and fixed the leak that same day. Not only did they fix this leak but they also carefully inspected the rest of our roof and repaired several other areas that also needed attention.
We found them to be polite, professional. efficient and reasonably priced. We were very pleased with the job that they did and we will be very comfortable referring them to family and friends.

Working with this company has been a complete nightmare. From day one, we've been unaware of what was going on due to an extreme lack of communication. Without notice, supplies were dropped off at our home. Without notice, workers were on our roof. Without explanation, for 2 business days, a pile of trash and supplies were left in the middle of our front yard, which led to an HOA warning. Without notice, a train car sized dumpster was dropped off in our driveway, blocking our 2.5 car garage, only allowing room for one car in our driveway, and our HOA does not allow us to park on the street. Without explanation, the dumpster has sat in our driveway for 4 business days and is still there as of this review. Throughout the week, we've called and called and emailed and emailed and texted and texted and we've received little to no response. After being told the job would take 3 days, we've been dealing with this nonsense for 7 chaotic, stressful days, despite only 1.5 days of actual work on the roof. I wish I read the reviews on this company before moving forward with the referral from a colleague.

Josh and his crew were amazing! Josh is super accommodating and polite..a real gentleman. Josh went over and above what we needed to replace our roof. His crew did some minor damage to a gutter…Josh replaced everything! They even painted the roof vents to match the new shingles..I didn’t ask for that and never expected it. Our new roof looks amazing. I highly recommend Gleason Roofing

I called this company yesterday when Augusto missed our appointment. He said he had the wrong day scheduled. Today was the day confirmed and he was a no show again. This has made a really bad first impression and I am no longer interested in doing business with Centrik Roofing.

We called to have our roof repaired after we discovered a leak. We were initially told someone would come out Friday. Then Friday turned into Sunday and from there we have not heard anything. Even after attempting to reach out to them for a third time we haven't heard back. Very unprofessional
