I had a roof put in 2 years ago. They did a great job, it was more complex than they anticipated, took a little more time than first expected, but the result was great. I'm writing this 2 years later because I did have a few small issues, which they repaired free of charge within the same week I called them. Very pleased.

Recently we had an addition built by another company and that experience did not go well so we're a bit leery of home improvement companies. Several weeks ago one of the monsoon storms knocked shingles off of the new roof and we started calling companies for estimates. The first company said the entire roof (old and new) needed to be replaced and quoted a price around $11,000. KY-KO was our second appoint and Joe Jimenez was a breath of fresh air.

He conducted a thorough inspection on both sides and gave us great news-the roof is fine. There were actually two layers of shingles on the new side so the missing pieces won't be an issue until the original roof is due to be replaced in another year or two. Joe was honest and even took the time to explain different types of roofing so we can upgrade when we replace.

We definitely feel that he wasn't just out for the sale and he will serve the company well. Next year when the old roof need replaced, we'll just re-do the entire roof (and possibly cover the porch as well) - of course with KY-KO Roofing.

attempted to charge for work not done.then charged 100.00 dollars for gluing 2 tiles on roof that my son could have done if given the option.this was all done without an estimate or option given . invoice received about 4 months after work done.

I was hesitant to ask for help for my roof. It's been a decade and since then, I have not done any maintenance for the roof thinking that it's gonna be costly for a repair . Nothing but great things to say about Phoenix R&R. Jack was always responsive and engaged with our project, even though it was probably one of the smaller projects he was managing. We felt like we were his only clients! He was flexible with our timelines and availability, and was responsive when we called, e-mailed or texted him. I can't remember a time he didn't respond to one of our messages on the same day. He never tried to over-sell us, or up-sell us on products or services. We told him what we wanted done, he gave us advice on what things that we could probably do on our own (to save money), I'm not sure all contractors would do that. Reliable, available and holds his sub-contractors to high standards. He was at our house checking on progress regularly. We can't wait for the next project he can do for us!

I had called Stapleton roofing for a roof replacement. They sent out a kid that couldn't be older than 21 years old. He hardly knew what he was talking about or doing even with me pointing him to all the areas of the roof that needed extra attention. I waited a whole week to get a proposal and nothing. I then called them back and they had concerns because I had a flat roof. Mind you I don't need any work done to my flat at all. I only need my shingles to be replaced. The comment they made was they would need to redo my flat roof as well if they wanted me to do the shingles. Which makes no sense. And then instead of giving me a proposal anyways they stated I was just going to be over 12k I didn't provide any back up to what they were talking about. There's no way my roof would cost that much. and even if it did they didn't even take the time to write up an appropriate proposal. If you don't want to do the job just say that.

I had a roof that was damaged by a big storm and needed to get it fixed. A family friend recommended them so I gave the number a call. Ryan came to look at the roof and said it had to be replaced. He walked me through the whole process and helped talk to the insurance company to make sure they were aware the roof had to be replaced because it couldn’t be repaired. Ryan was friendly and very communicative during the whole process. I will definitely be recommending them to any family or friends who need repairs done on their roof.

Reyes roofing what an excellent experience we just had with a roof installation they just completed for us… A little over 90 SQ’s of roof to lay up and they installed it to perfection in 3 days… Even in this intense summer heat… the attention to detail is so nice to see the mortar balls turned out great and all the penetrations were done with care… Reyes team is excellent from top to bottom 5 stars all the way around. They found and fixed a leak in my roof. They were very up front on what needed to be done and charged me a fair amount for the work that was done.

Please get the address correct for flatbedders deliveries. Location is right beside 17315 west cotton ln Goodyear AZ. The people I was talking can’t explain directions correctly and couldn’t tell me.

Unfortunately did not experience the same level of service as other reviews have claimed.

I feel we were given a rather misleading sales pitch during the estimate and then once the work started we had to followup repeatedly to ask about what they were even doing. The quoted multi-day job would have been done in an hour if my wife hadn't called to ask - and she was was berated over the phone by their field supervisor for doing so (he basically called her stupid for even signing for the job). End result was sloppy at best and I have zero confidence that the issue was even properly fixed.

Received no followup after escalating to the office staff (despite their assurance otherwise). Overall very displeased. Maybe they are great for a brand new roof but don't call for repairs/leaks/small jobs. Their penetration seal is nothing more than caulk and paint...

Jack, the owner, cursed and yelled at me on my property. This is not an exaggeration. He was very aggressive and threatening and I was scared that he might physically assault me on my own property. He is incredibly unprofessional, disrespectful and rude.

My flat roof was recoated by Jack the Roofer and is under warranty. I discovered a water leak in one of my rooms. I notified Jack the Roofer and it took several emails and phone calls and voicemails, over 3 weeks, before they came out, unannounced, to inspect my roof and the water damage. Then it took another week to 'repair' the area.

When he came to repair, I asked Jack, the owner, what is considered an acceptable amount of ponding on my flat roof. He told me everything is fine. I asked him for the specification, because the code in Maricopa states that in either 48 or 72 hours, all ponding should be gone. My roof has ponding beyond 5 days. Jack told me I don't know what the *curse word* I'm talking about, he's the *curse word* owner, who the *curse word* am I, and on and on. All this just because I'm asking him, the Licensed contractor, what the licensing board says is acceptable ponding, because I'm worried about the rest of my roof. I told him he has no right to curse at me and closed my door. His workers finished their light recoating and left without notice.

I have video and photographic evidence of the out of code ponding on my roof. Jack can talk and talk about being in the business for 35 years, but if he is doing work out of code, it doesn't matter.

Do business with someone else, because Jack the owner is just awful.

Called for a review of our roof due a leak. Calling to schedule was easy and Nathan was on time. Nathan was very nice but couldnt figure out where the leak was exactly. He had ideas but wanted his colleague Brandon to come take a look. He said he would call Brandon with our info to come out and look for a second opinion. Following day no calls. I text Nathan and he said he would follow up. Friday still no calls. Therefore I called the main office who took a message and said they would get back to me. Again no calls. The experience started off positive but ended poorly with lack of call backs or assistance. At this point can not recommend this company.
