Best Water Leak in Phoenix AZ

Poor quality ,work not done well . Gaps in flashing lifting shingles and supervisors that will not follow up and managers that lie about fixing the issues . I would avoid this company

We just finished getting a full new roof from Brown Roofing, and the job was completed on-time, on-budget, and everything looks great. When we noticed some leaks in our laundry room, we contacted a few companies to come give us estimates. Some companies never returned our calls and emails, and some gave estimates without much detail. Brown Roofing called us back right away to schedule the estimate, and we received a detailed quote within 24 hours. Everything was very professional and the phone and email communication was clear and responsive. The owner, Craig, was on-site for the start of the project and checked in with us along the way, until completion at the end of the week. The crew also did a nice job cleaning up each day and at the end of the project. We didn't have to pick up any debris at any time during the week. Thanks again, would recommend this company to anyone in need of roofing services.

We hired KY-KO Roofing to replace the roof over our back porch. They were very fast, professional and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend them.

Work was done professionally and as promised.
Clean up was good but they should not use blower to blow small bits into grass.

He met my expectation in all aspects of the job, from start to finish. Great person to work with. He did go a step further to find the shingles I wanted (the shingles were out production). The office person was just as pleasant and responsive. The finish product looks great. The price of the job (roof replacement) was on the lower part of the expected range) It is too early to judge the workmanship. Time will tell. Based on my experience so far, with Stonecreek Roofing, I would recommend them.

Had to reschedule 5 times. Kept giving excuses. It just shows that they are not professional. I wouldn't waste time.

I was very pleased with the tile roof work I had by Capstone Roofing. Workers were very professional. They worked hard and finished my tile roof area in half day. Mr. Jameson who is the owner makes every effort to please customers. Their price was higher than other estimate I had but Capstone is using good quality materials and they do not cutting corners.

RUN THE OTHER WAY! very charming till you sign the contract. Then you can’t get them to respond to your texts, emails, phone calls. Workers, supplies showed up and left without any notice. Joel was supposed to take pictures of the finished product, never showed. (My Ring doorbell showed him parking in front of my house one day but he went to the neighbors. ???) Broke my condensation line - paid $65 to have it repaired. Dropped a cable line down the side of the house (facing 7th Ave) - air conditioning guy pulled it back up onto the roof. Didn't even respond when I told them they left a piece of equipment - so I pitched it. Hopefully my roof won’t leak.

What impressed me is how fast they came out for the inspection and how honest they were. To top it off the roof came out great and 1 day ahead of schedule.

Sean is one of the most reliable contractors I have ever done business with. He went beyond what was expected in getting the job done. The crew did a great job and an impressive clean up. I was on the Tempe High School Job and all I can say is call and ask for Bill the maintenance supervisor and all I heard was how much Roofing Southwest screwed up the job. The broke all kinds of stuff, had crews not show and in the end made Bill very unhappy. In talking to the job foreman Tim and Rick all they did was threaten and complain about the job. If you have a commercial roofing job I suggest you look elsewhere or you to may not like this companys work.

The entire work crew was very responsive and respectful of property and did it a fantastic job installing new underlayment on our existing roof. We are very satisfied with the work that was performed at a fair price. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to have a new underlayment put on their tile roof.
