Best Water Leak in Phoenix AZ

Sewer Time Septic & Drain repaired our sewer line outside our home when our tree roots grew into and cracked the drain line to our septic tank. After Dan inspected the line using a camera he found the sewer line needed to be replaced and also found our septic tank had root intrusion and damaged our septic tank. They were able to replace both the main line and the tank very quickly and we felt the price was fair. Highly recommend these guys.

When you're used to taking hot showers in this 120 degree weather, a cold shower is not to my satisfaction. I called Anthony's Plumbing and they were able to replace my old water heater with a new one the same day. I HIGHLY recommend this company to all my family and friends. I contacted Hero after seeing recommendations on my local Next Door site. I was having toilet flush/refill issues and had a leaky outdoor faucet. The crew of Alex and Brian were able to make the service call the same day. They performed a quick inspection and showed me a couple of other potential trouble spots (corrosion.) Alex recommended a new toilet---and I'm so glad that he did as I was able to get a taller one with dual flush. Brian and Alex were quick, tidy, wore masks, and explained everything thoroughly.
Follow-up. I continued to have some problems with the new toilet refilling. Turns out the flush valve, included with the toilet was defective. Brian came by to install a new one---again, polite, tidy, and efficient.
I was pleased with the customer service of Hero Home Services and would definitely recommend and/or use again.

I was able to get an appointment with Reddi Services very quickly. Could have even been same-day had I been available. Chris and Jason came out and performed a general system maintenance. They did a thorough review of both units and both blowers, and they did a full cleaning/tightening of everything. We're very happy with the service and both Chris and Jason were great every step of the way. I never felt pressure for upgrades or add-ons. We'll definitely be using them again for any HVAC needs.

Full day septic repair with maybe 30minute break during work. Left the yard looking good and Aaron even tamped the dirt down to his prevent settling.

Arthur did plumbing repair in a bath. Had to cut tile and cut it clean, covered it back up. Couldn’t tell it was worked afterword. Also took the time to show me the leak and verified the repair with me visually.

Ralph and nuflow were awesome to work with. Although I ultimately didn’t end up using their services I wouldn’t hesitate to in the future. Rooter Ranger is a great company very fast response, honest, and very competitive with pricing. I had a kitchen drain back up I gave them a call at 8pm on a Saturday night and within a hour Isaac was at my door ready to work on it. He quickly diagnosed the problem and performed the service. Drain was fixed with 30min. He made some suggestions of some thing to have done in the future and was on his way. I will definitely use this company in the future if I need any plumbing work. Isaac was very friendly and honest. He never tried to sell me something I didn't need like alot of other company's will due. I highly recommend Rooter Ranger.

We have always had good service from Septic Technologies. When we scheduled them for our regular pumping service, they showed me a problem with deterioration of one of the tank walls. They had a repair quote to me that day, and we were scheduled for the job within a few days. Gilberto and Efren were very professional and knowledgeable about the system. They made sure i saw the problem, the need for repair, and explained and showed me step be step how they repaired the damage. We have always received good service from this company, and this time was no different.

He is trustworthy, on time, professional, and easy to work with. When we moved in to our new house I wanted our washer and dryer back in the house instead of in the garage where the past owners had moved it. Thank you All Pro Plumbing Services for identifying the leakage source before it could damage further. I called All Pro Plumbing Services and described the situation. Also, I requested to send plumbers as soon as possible, and they sent someone within an hour to fix the leakage. I was really impressed with his knowledge and quality of service at a very reasonable price. All Pro Plumbing Services really looks after its customers.

Called this place to schedule a pumping and they were 1 month out. I waited a whole month and they never called and never showed. I spoke with Wally and he says he called and his driver called but obviously they didn’t because there is no proof in my call log of them calling. Point is they don’t care. They don’t even try to accommodate you. They want me to wait a whole month again. Unprofessional. If there first job is 8-9am then they should make someone work 7-8 to get a job done that they didn’t get done in the first place. East fix but these guys don’t care.

CAUTION, STAY AWAY!In January 2012, these guys, techs Tim & Rob, beat me out of $485 and destroyed 24 ft of underground sewer line that I had to replace. They ran a camera in my line and told me my piping was clay and recommended “jetting”. They ran the camera after “jetting” and told me all was well. 4 days later the line backed up again. They sent a different tech out who told me there was nothing he could do; my line was filled with mud which meant there were holes in the pipe. I was quoted a ballpark of $2,200 to repair the 24’ line. I got a couple of laborers and we dug it up ourselves, turns out the pipe wasn’t clay, but a material called “Orangeburg” which cannot stand up to the high pressure of jetting. Tends to blow big holes in the pipe; I know this because Tim and Rob told me.I called them to come inspect the pipe once it was uncovered, but they ignored me.I replace the line myself with new ABS and kept the old pipes (smelly, disgusting, health hazard) for 2 weeks for inspection, but I couldn’t get a response. I did get one call back from a woman named Amy who asked me to fax over all invoices and info and said they would get right back to me. I was asking for my $485 back and an additional $250 toward labor cost, which I thought was reasonable. I never heard from anyone again.Certified mail is returned unsigned; I filed a small claims suit but can’t get anyone served due to bogus address on ROC and ACC websites. A complaint filed with the Registrar of Contractors has also been ignored. These guys are really slippery, but I will continue to pursue them any way I can until they make this right.Read the terms and conditions on the back of the invoice they have you sign. It says disputes must be litigated in Pinal County. Nice, huh? I cannot locate the person in Pinal listed with the state as the Statutory Agent, like I said, really slippery.

They have always been available during our emergencies, but I realized they will take advantage of you and charge as much as they can get away with. Grayhawk Plumbing (don't use them either) via our warranty company was suppose to come out and unclog our tub drain. Instead, they disassembled our drain and did not reassemble if before they left. I did not realize they did this and my roommate took a shower, flooding both of our bathrooms since they share the same wall. We called Mr. Rooters immediately and they diagnosed the drain piece as the issue. I asked if they could provide a diagnosis so I could submit this back to my warranty company. He told me he could provide me an appointment overview (diagnosis) for $99!!! LOL. They then recommended their mitigation company, Copper State Home Builders. Go look at some of their reviews....insurance scamI won't be using this company again. I can get more for my money elsewhere.
