We couldn't be more pleased with Sheldon and his team of workers and the work they did for us. Sheldon has a team of employees unlike many other roofers who use day laborers. They showed up on time, worked tirelessly and cleaned up at the end of each day. We replaced our 3 tab roof with a new architectural shingle roof and wow - it updated our 1980 home. I probably am most impressed with Sheldon's attention to detail and how well his team worked together. My job

Received great and friendly service. I had storm damage and they were very quick to come out and give a quote the job was done quickly and with zero issues!

BEWARE! We used Almeida for a tear off on our house in Mesa. We promptly sent our 50% deposit so they would start our project. From day 1 there was a lot of miscomunication. They forgot to install the fascia that we specifically asked for and also forgot to reconnect certain utilities such as our hot water heater exhaust, and other things. They sent an invoice out but the job was NOT done. We called to ask them and could not get a hold of anyone, no one ever called us back, then randomly one day another person was at our house finishing these items. There was no communication whatsoever. They don’t have control over their own jobs and have the worst service. When I got the final bill I noticed there was decking on it. Since I’m not a professional roofer I didn’t know what that is, I emailed to ask and the owner was extremely rude to me, I was so shocked that an owner of any company would talk to me that way. I then asked for photos, after viewing I promptly mailed my second check to pay the balance. They cashed our first check 2/8/22 and our 2nd on 4/5, it had to be mailed from a different state, they didn’t offer us another way to pay. The invoice was dated 2/17 however our roof was not finished until 3/28/22. On that day the owner emailed us stating things were done and to please remit payment. Just 2 days later they filed a 20 day lien notice. Then a couple weeks later I received a 2nd 20 day lien notice. Many weeks after we have been paid in full.
As I look at our communication the emails with my questions are the same day they filed this lien, truly the owner is being vengeful. She gave me grief about the payment taking about 5 days, but we live out of state and the only way to pay them is to send a check in the mail. My questions were valid and I didn’t deserve the rude replies, let alone a lien notice. I complained to the BBB, her response to the complaint was that I cannot read and was not involved in this project. I certainly can read and I've owned this home for 20 years, all checks were from me and I am certainly the customer.
This is unacceptable in so many ways, they should be ashamed. Sorry for the rant but people need to know this before working with them. Pay more and hire a company that values your business.

It's difficult to find a reliable roofing contractor in Phoenix. I called several to get quotes for a leak repair. Geo Roofing wasn't the cheapest, but they were very competitive, and the estimate was the most comprehensive, and their scheduled service was quicker than any competitor.
The work started on time and when the crew discovered some damaged roof decking which was outside the scope, I called Mike the General Manager concerned about a huge change order. He responded quickly with the additional charges; about a 10% increase ($250) which was a great deal. The work was done professionally, and the crew cleaned up after the work was completed.
I highly recommend Geo Roofing because of the fast (compared to other contractors) response time, cost competitive estimate, and thorough and professional work.

Jimmy and the great team at Tacheny Exteriors responded super fast to roof leak and did a great job. They even gave some solid tips and advice towards a possible skylight installation-we're going to have them bid it out for us. Great Company, and Jimmy's amazing!

We have a new Pulte home with roofing by Diversified. Last night when the storm came through our house got hit by a microburst (felt and sounded like a freight train, in fact it was so disturbing, we stood under a doorway). Although Pulte wouldn't warranty it (no harm in trying) Diversified came right out and fixed all the damage within three hours of the initial call. The workmen were kind, clean and thorough. In these times (Covid-19) it is nice to have this level of service.

Im a property manager, I tried to get them out to a property for 2 weeks. They called me twice saying they were in the area, when they should've called the tenant. I gave the tenant info Somehow they didn't show up either time still?? I have an unhappy owner, a roof that is still damaged, a tenant who is wondering when we will have this fixed, and they made everyone look terrible.

Called for a review of our roof due a leak. Calling to schedule was easy and Nathan was on time. Nathan was very nice but couldnt figure out where the leak was exactly. He had ideas but wanted his colleague Brandon to come take a look. He said he would call Brandon with our info to come out and look for a second opinion. Following day no calls. I text Nathan and he said he would follow up. Friday still no calls. Therefore I called the main office who took a message and said they would get back to me. Again no calls. The experience started off positive but ended poorly with lack of call backs or assistance. At this point can not recommend this company.

Today was the second occasion that I used AZ Finest Roofing. Both times it was a very pleasant experience. They came on time to do the estimate and the work. They emailed their estimate, the date and time of work, and a receipt. The quality of work was excellent, they cleaned up upon completion, and didn't try to upsell me, plus everyone was personable.

Daryl and team were professional in all aspects, completed the work to a high standard on the promised timeline, and always cleaned up at the end of each work day.

Revamp Roofing has amazing customer service. They are quick to respond and quality seems to be impeccable! Two thumbs up.

Back in 2009, we and our neighbors both had an excellent experience with Henry Monzon and Centrik for replacing the underlay of our tile roofs. Great follow up, materials, tips, attention to detail, and clean up. I was looking up their info to refer them to a friend and thought I really needed to leave this review.
