The upstairs condo flooded out my master bath. I called DRS and they arrived immediately. They provided the clean up, brought in huge dryers and tapped off the room with an added zipper for me to get to my clothes. They then sent in a mold inspector. They have been wonderful, efficient, professional, prompt and patient. I appreciate all their help and would highly recommend to anyone needing their services.

They were seriously incredible! I had a massive flood on the second floor at my commercial property in Old Town Scottsdale. It was a nightmare when I walked in (water running for 7 Hours, completely ruined an entire office and the showroom below it). I called the first company I saw online and luckily it was Go To Services. They showed up within 30 minutes and reassured me that they would handle everything. Within an hour there, more than a dozen people showed up to save the day. I have a vivid memory of them all walking in with smiles on their faces and letting me know that it would be handled before I knew it. My blood pressure dropped immediately.

It wasn't long before they had cleaned all the water up, had fans blowing, dehumidifiers running, had plastic everywhere, and we were discussing how they could put it all back together. Which they did....in record time! Not only was I happy but my tenants all raves about them over the coming weeks as they put things back together. The finished product was on point.

After my experience with Dan and his Team at Concept Restoration, everyone should have his number in their phones. Having never experienced water damage before, I was not prepared for what can happen so quickly. At 10:30pm I found water on my Wood Floors, turned off the Water to the house and started calling restoration companies with one hand and mopping up water with my other. The first company didn't answer so I went to the next one. After talking to Dan, he said his Team would be there in about 1-1/2hrs with everything they needed. By 2:30am I had about 20+ fans and 5 Dehumidifiers going and for the next week
they were there daily to check on the progress of drying out my Wood Floors. Dan and his Team did an exceptional job and I would, and have, recommended him to my friends. I'm so glad the first company didn't answer the phone.

This company is a complete nightmare scam. We have got a referral from our insurance for small water damage restoration project and 3 month later we still haven’t heard anything back after 6 people came out to the house to ‘ take measurements.’ We even found the material in stock made all the arrangements and still no effort on their end to complete the project they just stopped returning our phone calls. We made sure they are removed from the insurance referral list - they are a complete disaster and should not be in business scamming people.

We had Zona out to help us with a kitchen flood recently. Their team was very pro active in addressing the issues to make sure that our home was rebuilt properly and made inhabitable again! Their professionalism is second to none in this industry! I Highly recommend them!

I had a leak in my master bedroom and bathroom that was a real mess to clean up. Acquity was referred to me by Copper State Builders who had to take out all the damaged areas and did a GREAT job. Ken at Acuity was great. He and his team restored the drywall, painted, put in new tile in the bathroom, built a new vanity and installed, put in new carpeting and padding, painted the bedroom and bathroom, and restored everything that needed to be restored. He was great to work with as were the rest of his associates. I would definitely hire them again if, God forbid, another disaster presents itself. I was also glad to see all their great reviews. My technician, Keith Hyler's service was prompt (same day I called), professional and friendly. I had an unusual carpet repair problem to be solved; I mistakenly placed a stool in position on the carpet before the felt I glued on the bottom fully dried. The glue was industrial strength!! Keith remedied the problem by carefully cutting the stool & carpet off the spot, then replaced the exposed area neatly with a new matching piece. There are no signs of repair; just a clean, renewed carpet area showing no seams! I will use Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning for seasonal cleaning services, repairs and referrals.

Fast response. Was professional and knowledgable about how to dry my kitchen as quickly as possible after a water leak.

I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.
