Best Tile Roofer in Phoenix AZ

My roof was recently damaged by high winds. I called my insurance, and two local roofing companies for estimates. After choosing Allstate Roofing, they installed a temporary tarp while I worked through the insurance process. When the time came, Brad came to my home and repaired my shingle roof with shingles that match so well that it’s not even noticeable where the damage was! He told me he also “tabbed down” the surrounding shingles so I won’t have any more problems. It’s been a few weeks now and I’ve had more high winds and hail, and the repair is holding up beautifully. Thanks to Allstate Roofing for excellent customer service!

I called Lyons Roofing to repair a leak and they were able to get out here for a free estimate the next day. Dustin was very professional, and friendly. He was able to patch the leak and replace a roof tile same day. Also, explained to my husband how to seal additional small cracks and where they were located. Stonecreek Roofing did an amazing job from start to finish. We had contacted the insurance and they said that they were not going to be able to fix it due to the roof being old. They contacted the insurance, Sarah came out with the insurance to have it inspected again. Thankfully Sarah was able to prove that the roof had hail damage and it was just a great experience throughout the whole process. The fact that I didn't use this company's service is a testament to their integrity and professionalism. I had a roof leak that caused water damage to our house and had three different roofer inspect and troubleshoot the damage. I couldn't be impressed with Mike. He took the time to explain possible causes along with different options to remedy the issue. He explained exactly how I could repair the damage myself as it would be a very simple fix and not worth the cost of his company performing the work. Still, he provided me with an estimate, which was less than half of one of the other roofers. To address the drywall damage from the leak, he referred me to a drywaller directly so as to save me additional fees his company would have to charge. Mike provided truly incredible service for absolutely no cost.

Not only are they experienced but they meet deadlines and really do go above and beyond to surpass the expectations of their clients. Their work was actually complimented by another roofing company that was working in my neighborhood. I loved their personalities as well, that is always a bonus! I'm seriously so impressed with their work that I have been telling anyone I know about their services. If you're looking for a professional, reliable, and committed company... you just found one!

Horrible, horrible, horrible. On our 3rd leak and we’ve only been in the home 2 years.

The team did a fantastic job on our home and our customer experience was first rate from quote to completion. We bid a large and varied project including roof repairs, painting, concrete repair, and a couple of other trades. They were the only company able to quote the entire bill of work, and was the most timely in both turning the bid around and adjusting line items to our taste.

This company had been nothing but issues ive work for this company almost three months.
Today is the friday the 6 2019 and have been off for four days.i have called the company called my superviser to see whats going on.I have left many messages for the company to call and got nothing.im very disgruntled about this situation and whats going on.company sucks.

1. They said the job would take one day. So far it’s been two and the job isn’t done. They canceled the first day because they said their equipment was faulty. They rescheduled and had to cancel again because of rain... and now the job isn’t even done and they’ve been here multiple days.
2. This is our second night without air conditioning in Phoenix. They unhooked the A/C unit to spray under it and when they moved it back it didn’t work. Instead of remedying the situation, it’s now going on two days (and nights) without air.
3. They left trash all over the yard and sent some random person to come pick up his trailer that he was letting “Joel” borrow... it wasn’t even the company’s trailer. ??? There’s still a huge piece of plywood in our driveway.
4. I just bought brand new patio furniture and apparently they didn't think to tell me the polyurethane spray would get everywhere- so now it’s covered in little white dots.

This has been a really awful experience. I hope the roof doesn’t leak. LOL We shall see come monsoons.

We unfortunately had no choice in which roofing company re-did the roof as our landlord chose.

Update: the roof is now completed. Kyle, the spray foam guy, was the only professional guy I talked to. He was helpful and answered my questions.

Called for a review of our roof due a leak. Calling to schedule was easy and Nathan was on time. Nathan was very nice but couldnt figure out where the leak was exactly. He had ideas but wanted his colleague Brandon to come take a look. He said he would call Brandon with our info to come out and look for a second opinion. Following day no calls. I text Nathan and he said he would follow up. Friday still no calls. Therefore I called the main office who took a message and said they would get back to me. Again no calls. The experience started off positive but ended poorly with lack of call backs or assistance. At this point can not recommend this company.

Travis and the team were great to work with! Very communicative and timely. Also shared a lot of information and progress through the project. Our roofing and skylight job was done very quickly and we would happily recommend Travis and his team for any job!
