Best Systems Installed in Phoenix AZ

We hired TSM to replace the underlayment on our tile roof. They were recommended by our neighbor whose roof they also did. We are happy with the quality and speed of the project - they completed the roof in two days.

They are very professional, keep a clean workplace, very responsive to any follow up issues. We would highly recommend them if you need a new roof - both flat and tiled.

After having my bid rescheduled several times by the estimator (over a week due to his busy schedule) i'm still waiting for my quote for roof repairs/replacement.

I don’t know if anyone else has had a problem finding contractors who are HONEST and do high QUALITY work without absolutely gouging on the price but I certainly have had that problem during my time in Arizona. From missed appointments to extremely poor communication throughout the process of home improvement projects, I feel like I have experienced all of the worst things...

That is until I found Tacheny Exteriors! They recently helped me with a roofing project and I must say I totally underestimated them (even to the point of being rude to them at the beginning of the process because of previous negative experiences with other contractors- sorry about that!). Not only were they prompt, professional, and proficient but they even helped consult me on a few things that would have been unnecessary expenses which kept more money in my bank account.

I highly recommend this company to anyone who has had less than stellar experiences in the past- they will show you what it’s like to truly be a valued customer!

Within a day of requesting a quote, Duane showed up on time and could not have been more helpful and patient with all of my questions. I received a quote by email within an hour of his visit and a personal call to thank me for giving him a chance to assist in our project. No pressure, just genuine appreciation for the potential business. Typically I get two estimates for work like this....but this time I cancelled the second appointment as it was clearly unnecessary to look further.

Pro west ( Jennifer) was amazing. Our insurance inspector came and inspected the roof for 5mins and said it wasn't bad. Then Jennifer ask for another inspector and she took extra pictures for him, he said yes needs to be done. We can't thank her enough!
