The boy is incompetent and able to give me a job and he told me yes, after 2 hours I asked him if he had already come and told me he had to be late and there's tomorrow

Highly recommend! Dave was friendly, timely, professional, did great work and went above and beyond for the job we hired him for.

We had a mildly catastrophic failure of a water heater that was at the end of it's functional life. This included some mild flooding and a bit of electrical fire in the control panel. Imagine our panic!
I called Charles Delaney and he arrived within 10 minutes (on a Saturday) to secure the situation safely. After that he installed a new water heater at a very reasonable price. We have been Charles Delaney customers in the past and were equally as pleased this time with his professionalism, timing and reasonable pricing.

Bought a new home and Chas Roberts was the contractor for the HVAC system. Several reviews speak of the exact same issues I'm having. System is not balanced and techs all tell me different things. They do not come on time and will show up after 9pm well after appointment window. Appointment window, its not a window its a guesstimate that they don't give two cents about. You are at their mercy.

George is the man behind the reason my business operates the way it does. From the additions needed to install a sink and washing machine, to the drain repair thru the middle of my building a few years later he has saved my day a million times and he's so fast and good at what he does it's like magic. George is the best!

So I had previously given them 1 star for not answering their emergency line on a Saturday night when my A/C went out. I sent emails to the owners and someone contacted me by Sunday morning to explain they were experiencing a technical glitch with their phones. The service manager called me personally today to apologize. I am truly impressed with the responsiveness to make it right. These guys understand service.

Now Plumbing came out to fix a gas leak in my attic. From my initial call to the end of the service, they were very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Greg and Joe went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Now Plumbing to friends and family.

Chris and his staff are amazing. They have helped us out with a huge leak that needed instant attention since it was leaking all over our bathroom. He was able to add us in his schedule on a busy Friday afternoon. He seems to go the extra mile and called back a couple day's later to see if everything was ok on our end. Thank you Chris!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The work was terrible. Was never on time. Refused to give me his bosses number. Gave me attitude over the phone. Left glue all over. Left pieces of PVC pipe. Don't recommend using them. Only bright side was a full refund. Technician was Jordan....by the reviews I'm not the only one who was over charged and felt the whole situation was handled unprofessionally.

They are not reliable. I called and made an appointment and they never called or showed up.
