Banging on my roof at 6:30 a.m. when asked to stop it was bosses orders, talked to boss and he says they won’t be up there till 7:30 a.m. tomarrow. I talk to my landlord he informs me that they weren’t even supposed to be up there till 730.. then after the landlord tells them to get down the work has the nerve to say there’s your hr.. I told his messican ass yo run my hands for talking stupid. mike was just unprofessional, regardless of circumstances.

Amazing! The people, especially Mike, are fabulous. They gave us an estimate in a day's time. It was not the highest or the lowest of our quotes. They took pics of all the issues. The roof replacement was done on time and the communication throughout the process was wonderful. They even helped organized the removal and replacement of the solar with an outside business. This is a very tough job, especially in AZ heat. These people worked very hard and provided pics of the finished project. It looks great! I would recommend them for your roof replacement.

Roger Bloss has been amazing to work with in getting my roof replaced. He was able to do an assessment of my roof the day after it was damaged, he walked me through the claims process with insurance, and has communicated and updated me every step of the way. I have storm damage to my roof and it’s been this way since July 2021. I found this company after I had a bad experience with RMP construction. This company had better ratings and a good rating on BBB. So far my work has been rescheduled week after week with little to no notice. I had to reschedule other contractors to do inside work waiting on these guys. We gave them the benefit of the doubt that they were just backed up and short staff. The day we had them in contract to show up, they didn’t. We weren’t given a call or heads up. The carpenter showed up and was clueless to why they weren’t here.. There is no communication to their employees and to the customer. The owner has informed us they are willing to let us out of our contract. The consistent no show is a breach of contract. I even question the quality of work they would do if they are willing to just walk away from my business. Due to the time we have already spent with this company we just want the work done in a timely manner like we agreed. They shouldn’t be scheduling any additional work if they don’t have the man power. I will post an update to this and see if they follow through as well as the quality of work if completed.

What can you say about Turner and his crew at NextGen!? Well there is so much. Thanks to the crazy monsoon of 2022, we need tiles replaced and underlayment also. From the moment I met Turner, I knew I was going to use NextGen for our roof repair. He was professional, knowledgeable and he listened to my concerns. This was a claim filed with my insurance company, so there was a little bit of a delay but this was no fault of NextGen, they communicated with me while waiting. Frank the tank, oh wait, the general manager, he is to be commended as well. He was just as knowledgeable and professional as Turner. Customer service is rough nowadays, you never know what you are going to encounter on the other line, well I can tell you, NextGen has it. They have what it takes to make it in a competing world of doing a good job and taking care of the customer. Hey Turner, your dad would be proud. ;)

Within a day of requesting a quote, Duane showed up on time and could not have been more helpful and patient with all of my questions. I received a quote by email within an hour of his visit and a personal call to thank me for giving him a chance to assist in our project. No pressure, just genuine appreciation for the potential business. Typically I get two estimates for work like this....but this time I cancelled the second appointment as it was clearly unnecessary to look further.

When it rained for a day straight and we noticed a small leak, we knew our tile roof probably needed more help than sliding tiles back into place and wanted to find a good roofer in our area. Ricardo and Oscar inspected, worked with us to find the right service for the right price, and got it done the same week. Oscar was very helpful in explaining to us patiently what was being done, which was really going above and beyond. So far, we are really happy with the repairs and installation

I was very pleased with Overson Roofing!! Gilberto, their supervisor ,took pictures of the damaged tiles when he inspected my roof and showed them to me and explained what repairs needed to be done. Emily from Overson's office scheduled a repair date the next week and the repairs were done on schedule. Their price was fair and I was pleased that I chose Overson. I would highly recommend them.

TERRIFIC job and very reasonable price! Henry and his crew were here for the hottest week of the year and worked very long days. They cleaned up all their debris and were very nice too! I will continue to recommend them.

I was on the Tempe High School Job and all I can say is call and ask for Bill the maintenance supervisor and all I heard was how much Roofing Southwest screwed up the job. The broke all kinds of stuff, had crews not show and in the end made Bill very unhappy. In talking to the job foreman Tim and Rick all they did was threaten and complain about the job. If you have a commercial roofing job I suggest you look elsewhere or you to may not like this companys work.
