Best Spray Foam Roofing in Phoenix AZ

Had Renco come out and replace my foam roof. It had 3 layers they had to remove. One being gravel. Have to admit, I came home from work to a total mess!! But the crew did their best to clean up. Them the project manager, Adam came back and did the repairs. All in all, I'm pleased with the results. Renco may be more costly than the dude that drives by looking for roof repairs, but these guys really came thru! Thanks Adam!!

Ernie came out to evaluate our roof problem on our patio that was caused by a previous construction company. He suggested some options for repair that included foaming the room (very small flat roof), however, he was confident that the leak was caused by a poor job of caulking areas that could easily leak. He assisted in sealing the area with an industrial caulk and provided suggestions for me to further water proof the stucco which needed painting. He was fair, honest and happy to help and didn't charge a dime. Great experience - thanks Ernie!

Excellent communication before and during the project. The crew that came out arrived early and got to work right away each day. They worked diligently and even finished a day ahead of schedule. They were particularly careful to clean up after themselves each day. I am very happy with the outcome. My new roof looks looks great!

I was hesitant to ask for help for my roof. It's been a decade and since then, I have not done any maintenance for the roof thinking that it's gonna be costly for a repair . For the past few years, I have been experiencing leaks and a lot of debris from the roof and I have enough. I decided to look for roof services and I found Mikku and Sons on google , I reached out to them and ask for help. Now, I am happy with the replacement of my roof. Not a fan or a relative. This review is authentic. Contacted this company by e-mail. No response. Called and arranged a roofing inspection with Kyle. Inspection never happened. Called to complain and spoke to Rick - whose attitude was offensive and insulting.

Rick was not interested in resolving the matter, simply passed the phone to Kyle who made some excuse then hung up the phone. AFTER posting negative reviews, Thomas Roofing had an epiphany, offering apologetic and contradictory alibis. Oh well. The train has left the station.

In terms of customer service? There clearly is none. Be wary of a company that fails to respond to e-mail, schedules appointments but fails to follow through and is totally unresponsive and insulting to the resulting customer complaints.

A job that was supposed to only take around 6 days ended up taking more than four weeks. That was after they realized they put the tiles on UPSIDE-DOWN at about 70% completion. We had to clean up the yard several times ourselves as they just threw waste on the ground and left it there during monsoon season. Now, several weeks after they've been paid, I've been calling every day to get close out documentation. Nobody returns my voice mails (since they won't answer) and no documents received. Probably one of the WORST home repair experiences of my life.

The team was extremely quick and efficent in the job they did. The roof looks 100x better. Very clean and they got rid of all those unneeded satellites left behind by previous owners. I love the end result.

Thank you Centrik Roofing. Finally, I found a roofing company that has high standards, excellent quality work, and fair prices. We obtained bids from several companies to re-felt our tile roof. Centrik was on the lower end for price, but their work was definitely high end. Centrik is family owned and operated. Henry Monzon and his sons Agusto and Henry were all great to work with. They made my husband John and I feel like we were family! Agusto always answered calls or returned them within minutes. He provided us with a detailed estimate with an overhead view of our roof. They did not nickel and dime us and included everything we might need as part of the price. We needed some rotted decking, roofing tiles and trim replaced. They used a high quality rubberized MB felt as well. They arrived on time, completed all work as promised, and finished in 2 days. They were careful to clean up each day, even using their blowers to clean our furniture, which needed cleaning already from leaves and debris. They carefully looked for nails, trash, etc. Although I know it is almost impossible to find everything. Lastly, they have good hearts and care about their work and the clients they work for! The roof and trim look spectacular! I highly recommend them!
