Had a very positive experience with Renco Roofing. From the initial meeting with the Sales person to obtain an estimate, through the actual installation (very good crew), to post job follow-up. They were professional all the way. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO! That is rare in this world, but so nice to know there is still a company that actually comes through!

One of the things I was very impressed with was the communication of every step of the job. We felt we were very well informed and updated as the job progressed. At the completion of the job, Jack sent us pictures of the roof. Again, I would highly recommend this company.

Kris Chavez, the onsite Project Manager was very accommodating to my questions and requests throughout the process, especially in helping us with our insurance claim. Pat arrived promptly on time, a few minutes early truth be told. He could not have been more helpful and professional. He climbed on my roof and said almost immediately, Want to save a bunch of money? He then proceeded to point out that I simply needed to clean out some accumulated debris that had collected in area that drains off my roof. While on my roof he also reattached a couple of corner tiles that had fallen off during the recent storms. I'm not sure I ever had a more honest and helpful contractor at least well within recent memory. While I hope I never need their services, if the time ever comes again, I will begin and end my search for a roofing contractor with Pat Stapleton. Highly recommend!!!

A number of tiles were blown off my roof in a recent storm. I was referred to Diversified by someone that had recently used them to re-roof their home. I had a great experience with their service team. The communication was great and they showed up right on time. The cost of the repair came in below what I was expecting. Overall, great value and great service...tough to beat that.

I recently had to contact Durafoam as a person that inherited their warranty from the past owner of our home. I was impressed with how friendly, responsive and reasonable they were about addressing my concern. The complete opposite of what I rehearsed in my head before calling. What a refreshing change to find conscientious, integrity in the roofing world!

Josh and his crew were amazing! Josh is super accommodating and polite..a real gentleman. Josh went over and above what we needed to replace our roof. His crew did some minor damage to a gutter…Josh replaced everything! They even painted the roof vents to match the new shingles..I didn’t ask for that and never expected it. Great company! I was a little stressed after our roof starting leaking during a rain storm. The response time was quick (even though we are not located very close to their office). The customer service was excellent, and the crew did the job without interfering with our schedule or making a lot of noise. Our repair was a relatively small one from a recent storm--the price was very reasonable. If I ever have a big roofing job, they have earned my business. I have already recommended them to my parents and will continue to recommend them to others.

Follow up stinks! Came out 2 weeks ago for a quote on a new roof. His laptop wasn't working and said he would email it to me. 2 voicemails and two times actually talking to Agusto and still no quote. Checked my spam mail, inbox several times, so that's not an excuse. Sorry guys, you have definitely lost my business, as well as a few others who were asking me who I was going to use.
