We had a pleasant experience having our roof redone by this company. They were very professional. On time for the work. Cleaned up daily while working. They fulfilled all the expectations we had. I would recommend them to others.

My mother, Marge Wilson has used them for the last 15/20 years and she is thrilled with them. She is 86 and they treat her like a queen. If she has a problem, she has no problem getting a hold of them, and they come out quickly. She just recently called them, they came out, fixed the problem promptly and professionally. Can't ask for anything more than that. Great job guys!

Horrible experience with this company. Set up a quote explaining needing service asap only to have the tech show up early not as scheduled and to have him waste our time not even going on roof and telling me the soonest service date is over 45 days away!

If you need someone to repair your roof than look no more. I called because we noticed some tile on our roof that was about ready to call and within two hours give or take Josh had it repaired. He also took the time to repair other loose tiles along with checking the rest of the roof for anything that looked abnormal! Price was very affordable and I’m left as a very happy customer! After 3 wrong companies. I called Michael and he resolved my roofing problem easily. They were very punctual and efficient. Michael was also very easy to work with.

We really love our metal Vertex roof. Craig was very helpful throughout the process. The work was done when promised, and they even came out and did the underlayment prior to their start date to help us keep our remodel on schedule. We followed their recommendations, even though there were additional costs, but the end product is amazing!

Ryan was awesome. He stopped by after seeing some roof damage after a bad storm. Explained how we’re dealing with insurance and other companies as a tree actually fell in our house but we needed structural work done first before new roofing tiles. He offered to look at the damage, after one general contractor couldn’t do the work he got ahold another contractor who agreed to work it. All this work before I even offered to go through him. Come to find out we already had it set up with insurance through another company and engineer but Ryan was super helpful. A lot of roofing companies just gave a quote and said fix the damage and we’ll repair the tiles, Ryan actually took the time to try and resolve both problems. If we didn’t have everything set up already would’ve gone through his company for sure. Definitely will use them in the future come the need to! If the quality is as good as the customer service then can’t imagine using anyone else

I was very pleased with the tile roof work I had by Capstone Roofing. Workers were very professional. They worked hard and finished my tile roof area in half day. Mr. Jameson who is the owner makes every effort to please customers. Their price was higher than other estimate I had but Capstone is using good quality materials and they do not cutting corners.
