After giving me a new roof, we had a very difficult problem. In the end Devon worked very, very hard over several weeks to fix the problem, drywall and paint the area. Looks like new. And Richard is definitely the nicest and most professional employee they could ever have.

Two weeks ago I scheduled a roof repair with American Roofing your company. I am beginning to think that was a bad choice. Today was the day someone from your company was to show up between 7AM and 4PM to complete the repairs. I called this morning and spoke to a Ashley in customer service to find out what time the roofer could possibly show up. She said they would be there between 7AM and 4PM. At 2:30 I called back because your hours are from 6AM to PM. All I got was a voice mail. No one returned my call in fact it is after 4PM and NO one has shown up or called. I would call that VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Especially because I took the day off from work to acommadate their schedule. I would rate your company zero today but there is a space for zero so I guess I must give you a ONE. Hopefully this email rating will be read by other people who like me expected PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND FOLLOW THROUGH. Oh it's Friday so now I have to wait until Monday to see if anyone from your company actually reads these responses. Good Day

Mikku & Sons complete a roofing job on my home and I couldn't be more pleased. The job was started and completed in 2 1/2 days and the crew did an excellent job. The old roofing was removed and replaced with new roofing and the job was done professionally and with great attention to detail. I had contacted several companies to get quotes to redo my entire house roof after the storms demolished my porch roofing. Capstone came out the next day, and I got my estimate the following day. Another company didn't even show up for my estimate, and two other companies were about 2K more expensive than my Capstone quote. Obviously I went with Capstone. They were quick to respond to my questions, on time, quality materials, quality work, and they did a good clean-up job after. I highly recommend Capstone if you are looking for a new roof.

Scott and his crew have not only the longevity of over 30 years in this business in the Scottsdale area, a BBB A+ rating, top notch material (50yr duration shingles, synthetic underlayment, and water & ice), very professional, but has your best interest in mind. He isn’t pushy at all or just trying to sell you a job and follows through on his commitments to you! He’s confident working with adjusters and highly experienced with insurance claims (possibly the most experienced in the valley). His company isn’t storm chasing as many companies do to get business. After almost a dozen quotes and interviews from contractors I put all my trust in Scott and In-Ex Designs and would definitely recommend them to do your roof. He exceeded every one of my expectations and even when I thought there might me a problem with the materials delivered he quickly and promptly corrected it with no problems (no argument or defensive attitude). Beware of their pickup trucks. A-hole driver of one of their clearly marked pickup trucks tailgated and generally drove unsafe a couple hours north of Phoenix on 1/3/16.
